Even after he saw how badly my upstairs carpet was stained, he still outlined what he thought would be helpful to clean the carpets, but he was also very honest about what difficulties might not be correctable. He worked at least two hours and did not request payment until AFTER I had gone to check out the final result. I took videos before and after and the improvement is wonderful! More than I could have asked for. I was VERY happy with the results. I WILL be calling him again to do other parts of the house.
