I reached out to Greensafe through Yelp after seeing all the great reviews. Bill got back in touch within minutes, gave me a quote (min. $200 for 500 square feet and $.40/additional square feet I believe) which was much more reasonable than some others who reached out to me via Yelp. We got scheduled with about a week's notice no problem, Bill showed up early (but called ahead to make sure that was okay), and was in and out in no time. He did a great job and even left enough "booties" for my family to walk around until we moved out so we wouldn't wreck the carpets or our socks. Carpets look great, Bill was about the nicest guy I've met in a while, and I can't recommend Greensafe enough. read more

I could not recommend Greensafe enough. I have reached out on 2 separate occasions for cleaning of 2 couches. Bill responded to the requests immediately and was able to get someone over within the same day of the request! Bill came the first time, and Justin came the second. They were both great and helped clean couches that haven't been cleaned for years, as well as one that had cat urine on it from its previous owner. The couches came out great. The owner was quick to respond to our initial request to have our recently re-purposed dining room furniture deep cleaned, as well as two carpets. We were impressed with his knowledge of cleaner products when doing deep cleaning, as well as personable customer service. It was refreshing and encouraging. Honest family owned business that I highly recommend. Bill and Eli both provided excellent service. I spent time researching companies and had messaged 5 prior to choosing one. Bill answered immediately and was the only one to provide a thoughtful description of pricing and what was covered. Going with them was a no brainer! The night before they were scheduled to come, I called Bill around 6pm to see if we could move the appointment since I had contractors coming to install shower doors around the same time they were scheduled. The guys came and cleaned a big white extra plush rug + a large sectional that hasn't been cleaned in 5 years + a heavy duty kitchen runner. They were on time and super efficient, I think the whole thing took 30 min. They wore masks the whole time even though I wasn't and I told them they don't need to (they were dripping with sweat, but if you worry about that kind of thing you're good). Greensafe was amazing. Their representative, Elli, came out to my apt to clean my living room area run and was done within 20 min! I consider myself a responsible dog owner, very quickly cleaning up my puppy's accidents when they happen, so there were no stains, but a slight odor lingered. Long story short, the previous owner of the home I purchased had three kids, and a dog that urinated all over the place... Unfortunately I don't have a before and after photo, but all the unsightly spots and even the stench of dog urine has been removed from two stairwells and a dank basement! While the carpet dried it did have the lingering stench of urine, but that quickly subsided once the carpet dried out. I saw the aftermath of the water and I can bet that it is as dark brown as a bad night after drinking and Taco Bell. I sent a Yelp request for a quote/appointment, and Bill immediately replied. He charges $175 for a minimum of 400 sqft. After reading reviews about a surcharge of additional fees, I inquired and he confirmed it is $175 total. Which is exactly what I paid, via credit card, plus a tip because of the three floors that needed work. Definitely would use them again! read more

Unfortunatley, my wife and I trusted these good reviews on Yelp. I called on Friday and asked Bill to schedule a carpet cleaning for Saturday that he said they do not have availibility for Saturday, so he scheduled it for Tuesday 9/6 at noon. But no-one showed up on Tuesday, and after sending a message/several calls with no answer/leaving a voice mail. Bill sent me a message on Yelp that he thought I wasn't sure about scheduling and time for the carpet cleaning. Very bad experience. There was no misunderestanding about the appointment, and we already confirmed and my wife was witness when I was talking on speaker. Also, I have your quote for $130 for a room. I highly recommend Bill and GreenSafe! I used them years ago when moving out of an apartment and again when moving out of another apartment into my own place. This time I had them clean the carpets for the old unit I was moving out of and the carpets of the new townhouse I recently purchased. I appreciate Bill's flexibility when I needed to move both dates to accommodate some renovation work. I had a slight issue with the landlord/property management for the unit I moved out of and Bill kindly went back to clean the carpets a second time for them when I reached out almost 3 weeks later. I assume the issue was the property management team not properly venting/cooling the place after I moved out since I had no issues with the carpets they cleaned in my new place. Initially I was not going to give this company a favorable review as we had some issues with the price and the results. But after the owner contacted me, and then personally came over to the house to apologize and address the issues, I changed my mind. The owner was very responsive to my initial phone call and to scheduling our rug cleaning. He sounded like he knew his business and wanted our business. We were given one price for a certain size of rug surface area, but then charged a slightly higher price when the work was done. I called to complain and he admitted he probably neglected to tell us about the environmental fee, and he wrote us a reimbursement check the next business day and delivered it personally to our house. We also felt our rug was left too wet, but fortunately it dried out within the next 24-48 hours with fans. I was also still a little upset the person doing the cleaning left the wooden legs of an old dresser on the wet rug instead of placing them on plastic. Not good for the wood. read more
