I decided to get some carpet and upholstery bids through Angie's List which tied into Home Advisor. I have used many other carpet cleaning companies in the metro area over the past 14 years. However, I have just found my new carpet cleaning company to rely on. This one is head and shoulders above the rest. Ajay, the owner, responded quickly to my bid request and asked questions to make the bid accurate, which he emailed to me for review. It was within reasonable market range. We booked an appointment for today, he confirmed the appointment by email and called about 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival. Ajay is a skilled professional. He walked the project list with me to make sure he understood the job. He cleaned my old La-Z-Boy couch, which I thought I should just toss to the curb, and it looks great! I have four parsons-style dining chairs that are about 15 years old that had several seat food stains over the past year that I told him to just do what he could. Like the couch, I thought if I can get a few months out of them while I find others, great. Like magic, all stains were gone. They really look good. My carpet is 2 years old and had not been cleaned during that time. I live with 3 long hair cats and that means stains from hairballs and other routine cleanup needed. All were removed. My carpets look as good as the day the were put down. You need to keep Ajay on your contractor list and share his name with friends and family. Ajay was quick to respond to a request for a quote. I provided him with the measurements of the rooms I wanted to have cleaned and he provided a spot on estimate. No surprises in the final billing. I had originally booked an appointment with Stanley Steamers.. for over $200. I continued to read reviews and found Red Carpet cleaning. I switched as Ajay quoted $155. He provided a 1 hour window of arrival and communicated via phone as he was leaving another job to arrive to my place. Upon arrival Ajay had a difficult time finding a water hook up in the apartment, we eventually found one. Given the little hiccup, Ajay offered to clean the patio rug fee of charge. Great customer service. The carpets dried in 5-6 hours and that was even while it was a cold rainy day. Ajay only accepts checks and mobile app payments. I saw this in another review so I was prepared to ask before he arrived. Ensure he accepts your payment method before he arrives. Overall Ajay' services were great and worth the money. The finished carpets looks so much better, even though it's cheap apartment carpets. I will use him again in the future. I would recommend him over the big name places. read more

Red Carpet Cleaning was fantastic. I originally booked a larger/national carpet cleaning company who didn't show as scheduled and I panicked on a Saturday night knowing my house is going on the market to sell Monday morning. I found Ajay (the owner of Red Carpet Cleaning), called him at 7pm Saturday night to explain the situation, and he said "I will be there tomorrow, don't worry." He had other jobs on Sunday to complete and ensured he would be able to get to me in the late afternoon. Not only that, but he matched the larger company's price when he could have charged me anything knowing the bind I was in. Ajay showed up today on time, gave me a call 45 minutes in advance to let me know when he would arrive, and he did a fantastic job. He's professional, polite, hardworking, and did a thorough, wonderful job on my carpet (4 rooms, stairs, and hallways). I will never use anyone else, and can't wait to use Ajay and his company again when we purchase our new home. I made a yelp account for the sole purpose of reviewing this carpet cleaning company. With twin toddlers, our carpets' condition was becoming gruesome. But with the short time of Red Carpet Cleaning being here, my home looked brand new. I hadn't realized just how beaten up the floors had become. Despite tackling mysterious stains, they got rid of every single spot. I also have a giant dining table that I moved to the living room so that that area could be cleaned. The carpet cleaner moved it back for me when he was finished! I'm so thankful for that and it shows their attention to detail. Best Carpet Cleaning experience I have encountered in a while. We were in need of someone that could do de-flea and de-tick so just your average carpet cleaner wouldn't do. We also had a very large black paint stain left by my sweet 2 year old. haha. I shopped around to at least 8 different carpet cleaners and Red Carpet Cleaning stuck out due to Ajay's thorough questions and willingness to come out and check out the spots in our home to accurately treat the stains. I had a very small job, but in spite of that, Ajay was very prompt in reaching out to me to give me a quote, he was able to schedule me for the same week AND he arrived exactly when he said he would arrive. He did the required cleaning quickly and cleaned up after himself. His pricing was very reasonable in comparison to several of the other companies who seemed not to want to be bothered with a small job. This was the best customer service I have received since moving to Virginia. He was very respectful to myself, and to the house. He helped me move some of the items off of the floor, and did a magnificent job cleaning the carpet! His work ethic is diligent, yet finished in good time.
