DON'T use this company! They were a disaster from start to finish. The technician showed up at our door without calling first. He said that the business office neglected to give him the last digit of our phone number, so rather than call the office to get it, he just showed up at our door. We showed him the spots that needed extra treatment, but he basically ignored us. Whatever kind of cleaning this company uses left a bunch of residue and balls of fuzz all over our rugs. When I asked him about the dark spots that were still on our rugs, he got up in my face and yelled at me that we would just have to wait until the rug dried to see if the stains had come out! Big help! He was super rude and aggressive. I literally left the room because I found him so offensive. My husband and I ended up having to re-vacuum all of our rugs because of the deep marks that the cleaner left in them and all the fuzz balls that were left. We called Stanley Steemer, and they came out the next day, and made it the situation right again. So we ended up paying twice to get our carpets cleaned. What a disaster! read more

I guess if you want a mist of cleaner and vacuum lines this is the business for you. I specifically mentioned that I need the corners cleaned and not once was there a mention of not being able to get even relatively close to the wall. Apparently cleaning the carpet right up to the wall will cause damage to the wall??? At least an inch of carpet along my edges was not cleaned, on top of any area that I did not move the items (aside from one dog bed). There is a hanging wardrobe on wheels in one room that (I assumed - my bad) was easy enough to move - nope. If it wasn't wide open carpet, no effort was made to clean. I have at least 1800 sq ft of carpeted area...he was done in about an hour. The carpet doesn't even smell clean. They were timely with response and I got an appointment the next day...and I see why. read more

The prices were great compared to the competitors and I was scheduled fairly quick but I felt the service was rushed. The carpet were cleaner than before but not as good as getting them "professionally clean". I loved the technician was honest with me and told me which stains were permanent and all. But, he finished cleaning around 1800 sf of carpet in under 55 min. A lot of areas near the corner were not cleaned properly. But maybe for the price, that's the best they could do. read more

Probably missed it because I wasn't home to direct them to that spot. But overall it was a good and easy experience. I would use them again and recommend their services. This is an organic chemical cleaning treatment that does freshen things. It does not pull the deeper dirt or deep clean the high traffic areas that a steam cleaning would. Be sure to vacuum well before and after. We had rain that day so drying time is impacted. We hired Daisy Fresh mainly for the discount that was being offered and were terribly disappointed in their service. We scheduled for a Saturday and after spending time at the location we called only to find out they weren't working that Saturday due to a foul up with Yelp per, owner Louis. We re-scheduled for Sunday and again waited at the location about half an hour after the scheduled time. Since it was around lunchtime and since the townhome was empty, we decided to go have lunch close by, leaving the worker there working. We returned in about an hour finding the garage open. After going through the home, we noticed that the job was poorly done! All corners were not touched as the carpets were still dry, and it looked like the cleaning was sloppily completed since the lines made by the carpet cleaning machine were going every which way and not uniformly in-line like previous jobs done by other carpet cleaners. Seems like the worker was in a hurry to get the job done and not interested in having us review the results once completed! I called and sent the owner Louis a video of the sloppy work but never heard back from him after several calls and voicemails! I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone!!!!! read more

They ruined my sofa cushion and I'm in the process of having it replaced. Whatever chemical they used made the entire cushion cover turn from off white to yellow. I was very pleased with their service! They were very professional and very fast! I could not believe they actually got my carpet so clean, I had 6 children in the house trekking all over my family room all the time, food, Gatorade, you name the stain they got it all out. I also had to call them from Georgia because I had not gotten the other rooms done ( trying to get as much done myself as I could) they were very helpful and came back and did the rest of the house at a very reasonable price. I had Daisy Fresh out to clean some wall to wall carpeting. After drying we noticed some old puppy stains that weren't cleaned. I've called Louis twice to try to get them to come out and try to make this right as we're obviously not satisfied with their results. I hired Daisy Fresh Carpet Cleaning about a week ago to remove stains and clean my mattress. The technician named Christien came today and I watched him during the process. First a mist was sprayed over the entire mattress and then he went over it with another machine and scrubbed my stained areas for like 5 seconds. While scrubbing the stains I asked if it was lifting up and he just stopped. I asked if he could apply more solution or if there was a stronger solution, he then suggested in my personal time I try bleach or peroxide. Which then made me ask myself why am I paying for this service if I am being told I need to apply another cleaner or try cleaning it myself. This is not a $50 service charge, this is a $150 service charge. So I politely asked him to at least try scrubbing it a bit longer and then I noticed other spots were missed and the bed still had lent and fuzzies all over it still in the cracks. So then I said I understand the stains might not lift all the way out, but while you here and I am paying for this service can I at least see that you are putting in an effort with the stains and the cleaning of the entire mattress. I politely asked him to remove the lent now and he told me he was going to his truck to grab something while mumbling under his breath. I hear his truck door slams and by the time I made it to my window he drove off. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received and not worth the money. I could of sprayed febreeze and carpet cleaner on the mattress myself for way under $150. Update: Lewis just thanked me for the 1-star review and agrees with the technician decision to drive off. They are stating it was the best thing for him to drive off so an argument wouldn't take place in my home. He stated at this price point it is unreasonable for the customer to ask to re-clean something. What type of business is this and where is the customer service. They continue to prove my point that the service is horrible and not worth the price, if you can't ask someone to re-check a spot. Now he's stating this was an attempt to clean it and that I should be happy that I was not charged. Well I didn't mind paying, but I wanted to see that I all attempts were made before paying for the service. read more
