I had to get my carpets deep cleaned due to having cat urine in one spot. Well, i thought it was one spot. I contacted Andrew and he was very nice and willing to help with the issue. When he arrived, i showed him the spot that was stained. He used his UV flashlight to check the house for more stains and turns out, there were more than we imagined. Andrew quoted me for the carpet cleaning and for the pet treatment. At that point, i was willing to pay the price no matter what because i couldn't handle the stench anymore. I was searching for a reliable and good carpet cleaner and I found Clean Scene. I'm glad I found them because they're very good at what they do and leave the carpets looking like new. The tenant before us didn't clean after whenever her pets had accidents, so when we moved in, we tried to clean it ourselves by using the portable carpet shampooer that are sold at retailers, but instead of taking the smell out it spread it, and our own dogs decided to have accidents on the same spots.
