Josh from Clean Slate Hauling and Junk Removal is awesome! I entered my information on the website and he immediately called me and we set up a date for estimate/junk removal. Honestly, I don't want to have someone come out and give an estimate and then return in a future date. I just want the junk gone. Josh gave a really fair estimate and spent the next few hours clearing junk, yard debris and old grills etc from a pile in a yard. I was so impressed how he left the yard and made sure he had everything we needed removed. I cannot recommend this company again. I'm not even sure how I found this company. Online? Sign off the road? Not sure, but so thankful I found them. Josh was so professional, honest, upfront about the job. Not only that he is an absolute workhorse! He did the job alone and I'm still wondering how! I had a property where tenants were evicted and the left me so much junk inside and outside the home. I reached out to six (6) hauling companies and Josh with Clean Slate was far and above the best. Another company quoted me a firm $250, scheduled with me, showed up and said it would be $450...and I had sent accurate photos. Talking around it appears this is a typical issue others run into. With Clean Slate they arrived, offered a fair price which included taxes ($305), and did the pickup hauling right then and there. My son saw the advertisement on a sign and called him to remove whiskey barrels full of dirt on my lawn. They were falling apart, and we are in our 80s and were unable to do anything with them. He called Josh and he was out the same day to give us an estimate and then proceeded to remove them. He did the first load that day and was back early the next day and completed the job. There was about 30 of them and they were very heavy. It was a very dirty job, but he did an amazing job, and I was so happy to see them gone. I would recommend this company to anyone. The junk on my property from my years of tower work got to be to much to haul away alone. I have never used a junk removal service before and had no idea what the cost or experience would be like. I had called around to the most popular junk removal guys out there but they were either to busy, couldn't give a whole lot of insight or just had high prices. Finally I gave clean slate hauling and junk removal a call, a gentleman named Josh the owner picked up and was more than happy to answer any and all of my questions and to my surprise was able to come out the same day. Josh and his partner were at my property less than an hour after we spoke and they were very polite and respectful to my requests not to drive on my grass and were cool with my dogs roaming around. I showed them the pile of junk and they got to work. josh's quote was accurate from what we had discussed on the phone and him and his partner made quick work clearing the junk, they even spent the time picking up the little debris from my grass. Overall I was very satisfied with the work and price! Money well spent, I now have a big section of my grass back.
