Before the sale was made, Manny the sales manager answered my calls and text messages but once the sale was done and they got there money the communication was gone! I had the car shipped to my house and first time starting it I knew something was wrong! The car was shaking and misfiring with check engine lights and wrenchblights on the dash and I couldn't even drive my new car!! The car turned out to have major engine problems and I had to have the engine rebuilt which not only was my new car in the shop for several months not being able to enjoy my new car but I had to pay outta my own pocket several thousands of dollars for the repair. When I got a hold of Manny and told him my situation he said that he would make it right and help out with the costs of the repairs. When it came time to ask him about sending some $$ he just ignored all my text messages and calls like he blocked me. I would have just gone down to the dealership but they are over 2000 miles away from me. Please take my advice!! MS Motors sold me a car knowing there was a MAJOR issue with it!! When I received the vehicle it needed new rear brakes, the latch to open the hood was hanging by a wire and the key tumbler was worn out, the key would barley stay in the ignition. In addition, the truck had a manifold leaks. Not surprisingly I was told by Mid none of this is covered under warranty and he refused to pay anything, even after I tried meeting him in the middle. I moved right after I bought the Passport, and in the packing lost the title... with just one call the guys at Point A dug up all the paperwork that I needed for the DMV replacement forms and faxed it to me within minutes. Junk King responded quickly (as did several other vendors). They even offered me a lower price when I indicated (which was true) that I had received some smaller bids While they didn't quite match the lowest bid, they did come back with a very competitive bid along with a faster service date (the following Monday.. just 2 days later!) than the other vendors. When the pickup date arrived, Junk King kept me up to date on arrival times and progress via text. They even arrived - after texting me to see if it was okay - a little early! Jarod and Pat were extremely professional and courteous and practiced all safety precautions - using masks and social distancing. I would use Junk King again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them.
