During the service I added a maintenance wash ($45) for my mother's car while she visited my home. At first glance the wash looked good but after Nick had left and I started driving around to complete my Saturday errands, I started to notice details that could have been improved. This included visible streak marks on my side mirrors and rear window, leftover debris on the driver side rear panel, water residue on certain parts of my center console trim, and small water spots on the rear passenger windows. Overall 3/5 for my F150. HOWEVER, when expecting my mother's car after Nick had left, I saw what seemed to be a completely unwashed rear passenger body panel with visible debris, hastily wiped down interior, many streak marks throughout her vehicle, and a NEW scratch on her hood (picture attached). Overall 1/5 for her Kia K5. I respect the hustle and that Nick came on less than 24 hours notice and was able to accommodate a 2nd vehicle but I'd like to see improvements for future services for anybody wishing to contract this company. For a $125 service + tip I paid $180 as I initially thought our vehicles looked great but after closer inspections I'm very unsatisfied. He was super nice and straightforward and took great care with my car. He uses only the highest quality products, including Xpel Prime XR, and XR Plus, with all the warranties. His pricing is in line with the quality of products and workmanship he provided. As a bonus he gave me a discount of the long drive, which was genuinely surprising to me. Not many shop go out of their way like that or show that level of appreciation of care to their customers. Overall, I'm really happy with the experience and the tint. We found…read morethis shop after shopping around tint shops that uses the high-quality ceramic materials, since we keep our cars til they die. Material wise, price wise, and human wise, this shop checked out for our needs. It turns out Beverly Tint from LA had moved down recently and set up new shop, away from the craziness up there. We got 2 of our babies done, and they came out quick and beautifully. I wish I had cleaned them to give a prettier picture, lol, but the tint even makes the dirty cars look better. John did a good job, quick turn around, was fair with the pricing, and was honest about the materials and work. I think he can keep his prices good because he does most of the work himself and the location is owned by relatives or something like that. The benefit of narrow overhead is certainly being passed onto the customer. The cars are now cooler inside, even with the light tint on the front shield, because the ceramic blocks all the UV rays even when it's not a dark tint. I was surprised that I had to increased the AC temp to warmer, because we no longer needed to cool as much with much less sun entering the car. Wondering if I should bring in 1 more soon...
