I needed a roof wrap for my 2000 Honda CIVIC . So right from the start Jesus doesn't really care if your car is extremely old or brand new he wants you to be happy at the end. No judgement here. I needed it done right , a gloss black, and a fair price which took around 4 hrs. It was real easy to book an appointment with their online system . I did the project feature on my yelp account and clean wrap customs popped up instantly messaged me. The project timeline took roughly a week. Got an appointment for a Saturday at 11 am. They remind you a few times with texts and emails. The day came I got their on time. Jesus quickly greeted me and explained the process, the timeline and not to wash the car for like 3 days just like window tint but roof wrap . The end product was fantastic and it matched the hood perfectly. Heads up they charge if you use a credit card, but for cash NO extra , small surcharge for credit though . Had I known that earlier I would have paid cash but it's ok , but for future projects I will keep that in mind and pay cash in the future. The area to park there is clean and had lots of parking so that wasn't an issue earlier. Only thing is that if you want to wait at the shop, the waiting area is tiny and there isn't any walkable place to eat or kill time. It's fairly close to the San Mateo bridge off Clawiter rd and the Industrial side of Hayward and the chiropractor colleges. So I just took an Lyft home and it didn't take long to arrive. They called and texted me when it was complete around 2:45 pm. Awesome service, there is a reason they have 5 star rating. His responsiveness, pricing, and location was ultimately what made me take my Tesla Juniper to him I did a full frontal PPF and full ceramic coating plus windows tinting. In additional to the great pricing, his turn around time is super quick. He responded to my injury on a Monday, and I took my car in on Friday and it was ready on the following Monday. Where do I even start? The business name says it all, and Jesse is the man. I had my new Tesla Model 3 wrapped in 3M vinyl with 2 layers of ceramic coating. Clean Wrap Customs had the most competitive rate of all quotes I got by far. With this, one has to wonder about the quality of work right? After seeing the glowing reviews (and photos!) and talking with Jesse over text, I decided to trust him with my 1 week old Model 3, and I'm so glad I did. Jesse has great customer service. Though we had to order the base vinyl (3M Satin White Aluminum) into the shop and I needed to cover it with a down payment, Jesse shared the USPS tracking and was responsive through the wait. Even with shipping delays, he assured that we'd still meet my desired wrap completion date. Once it arrived and I dropped off my car, Jesse also used his expertise to suggest colors/textures for door handles, camera panels, and emblems. I liked that he gave me 2 options: receive daily photo updates or wait until pickup day to be surprised. You know I had to choose the 2nd one :) Highly recommend you do so too. Fast forward 3 days to pickup day, and the wrap is beautiful. (See after and before pics) The attention to detail was great, from the vinyl wrapping onto the door jambs for a cohesive look when opening the door, to the meticulous wrap on surfaces underneath the door handles. I especially appreciate that Jesse and his small team wrap side mirrors in 1 piece. All edges were tucked well with no bubbling, and Jesse even identified a sliver of vinyl that could be cut to match the opposite side.
