I absolutely loved my CYDF experience. Daesha was my skin boss and she was so friendly, personable and knowledgeable. She was also gentle with the extractions. I will definitely be back to get a facial and try the other add-ons. Other notes: Located next to cyclebar Plenty of parking Clean inside

This is my third time coming here and each time is better than the last! I absolutely love getting facials from here. Each staff member has been friendly and explains everything thoroughly. I absolutely love the music playlist that plays and it is always so clean! The bathroom is also clean as well! I recommend coming here for a relaxing facial!

Glow Spa is definitely not your typical med spa, and I'm all for it. This is their Midtown…read morelocation, which I frequent because of the super convenient parking right out front--makes it so easy for a quick drop-in or last-minute appointment. The waiting area is welcoming and bright, with gorgeous white marble floors and large windows that let in tons of natural light. The space feels open and airy, and they've got a great selection of skincare products displayed alongside comfortable seating, so you can relax while you wait. The check-in staff are always super friendly and offer refreshments, which is a nice touch. As for treatments, I've had a few great experiences here. I've done a laser treatment on my face to help with discoloration spots, a Dermaplane (which is amazing for getting rid of that pesky peach fuzz that sneaks up as I get older), and their hydro facials are perfect for adding extra moisture during the summer months when my skin needs it most. You can easily book appointments online, or if you prefer, you can call them directly. I've also found that emails get a quick follow-up call within 24 hours, so they're always on top of communication. Overall, Glow Spa is a reliable, relaxing, and professional spot that makes skincare a breeze.

Glow med spa gave me a chemical burn after lying to me about the safety of a procedure on tretionin…read moreand then further attempted to lie after. I went in for a brow lift for a big event coming up in a few days, and while there, the esthetician convinced me to get a brow tint and a lamination. I asked her if it was okay to do since I am on tretinoin, and she said yes, the only thing I couldn't do was wax, so she plucked my brows instead. During the procedure, I asked if it was meant to be burning and painful, and was told yes. We even talked about me being on tret while the procedure was happening! My brows were bright red afterward and painful, and in the morning, I had scabbing in certain spots, red skin, and they were still very painful even without touching them. I very clearly had a chemical burn. After a quick Google search, I learned you should not do a brow lamination while on tret, and I called the spa, who told me I was wrong and there was nothing done at the spa that could have given me a burn. I did not believe them, so I called my dermatologist afterward, who said lamination should not be done on tret or any other retinoids. I am attaching my text conversation below with Glow Med Spa (I cropped out the beginning, which includes personal information) during which they tried to gaslight me into believing they had done nothing wrong and that I was experiencing a "personal allergy." They changed their tune when they realized I was not, in fact, an idiot, and had spoken to a qualified professional elsewhere to further confirm. I really am not the type of person to leave bad reviews. I have never done so in my life and probably never will again. But the fact that they tried to trick me after they gave me a chemical burn is just not acceptable. The burn that they gave me is thankfully not terrible but they have not only ruined a big event for me, the chemical burn could have very easily been worse potentially scarring me, and they were happy to lie about the entire thing.

I've had facials done regularly at a number of spas around Savannah, so I have a pretty good sense…read moreof what's out there, and this one stood out in an unexpected way. The space itself is a bit more bare bones than some of the more high-end, aesthetic-focused spas in the area, so if you're going purely for ambiance, it may feel a little understated. That said, the quality of the service is what really matters, and this is where they absolutely deliver. The facial was thorough, professional, and clearly tailored to my skin's needs. I noticed a visible improvement afterward, my skin looked healthier, more even, and just overall refreshed in a way that lasted beyond the typical "post-facial glow." What I appreciated most is that the focus here is on results rather than frills. The services feel accessible and effective, which makes it a great option for someone who wants consistent skincare without paying for extras they don't necessarily need. I'm seriously considering their monthly membership because the results were strong enough to justify making this part of my regular routine. If you're looking for a place that prioritizes outcomes over atmosphere, this one is definitely worth trying

Both services were very relaxing, and they were fun to get to know while still allowing me to fully relax during the experience. I would give five stars, but my legs did not get touched during the massage, which may have been because it was not included in the service. It was a Mother's Day gift, so I just felt like that part was missing. Other than that, I will definitely be returning.

The atmosphere and vibe is so clean and calming. I could definitely go to sleep in there. My bf said his facial was so good and he liked the lady that worked on his face. I wish I could remember the name of my masseuse because she was so sweet and she did a really good job. My body was already sore from walking two days in a row so the massage was painful but it was a good kind of pain if that makes sense ?? My favorite part was when she rubbed my legs and cracked my back. Omg I definitely could have fell into a coma how relaxed I was. The price wasn't bad for 50-60 minutes either. I definitely recommend them if you're in the area

They are located in historic downtown Savannah off of York and Bull st next to the Wells Fargo Bank. There is street parking available or they also have a few spaces located behind their building as well. Which is always a bonus since parking can be a pain when your running late for your appointment. The front waiting area is small but not cluttered. The waiting area was decorated for Christmas in black and gold and they had a display of their skin care line displayed in the front window. I was greeted by Tiffany who ended up being my tech for my appointment. She was very friendly and knowledgeable with any questions I had and walked me through everything I was getting done during my appointment. My appointment was for an ZO Stimulator Peel + Dermaplane. She first cleanse my face of makeup and dirt before she used a scalpel to scrap the fuzz and dead skin from my face and then applied the peel. I apparently was confused on what exactly a chemical peel was but Tiffany did a wonderful job at enlightening and Educating me on the process and the different types. I was in and out within 30 minutes and on with my day. Which makes it the perfect mini facial while on lunch. Their website is still under construction but they offer decent selection of items not just facials but also laser treatments, fillers, Botox, weight loss, and IV refreshers as well.
