I tried this company for a one time cleaning -The owner was nice and helpful and scheduling was easy. But the cleaning ladies that came were not well trained - they scratched our stainless kitchen faucet, and dinged up the baseboards with the vacuum. Even when I asked them to be careful with the vacuum - they asked me if the baseboards were new. That should not matter. They also were not thorough in the kitchen and did not even wipe out the microwave. They did do a good job in the bathrooms and with mopping the floors. The owner was very apologetic, and offered to file a claim for the faucet. read more

The owner did a good job cleaning the windows but that was all. I am very Disappointed with the overall service I needed help cleaning after moving out and so I paid $$$ for this cleaning service and ended up having to re-clean almost everything! The shower & bathroom floors needed scrubbing, but were only wiped! I had to go back and clean & scrub everything including the kitchen! There were drawers left uncleaned and shelves left uncleaned!! The baseboards were to be cleaned but only some were wiped. I was told "we didn't have a brush/scrubber," so they were partially done! The 2 ladies who helped the owner did partial work!!! They missed shelves and cupboards and did not do a good job!! We had to reclean. Please train your workers before having them clean, especially moving out cleaning! read more

I had this cleaning service in this week. They charged me extra for "deep cleaning" for my 3700sq ft house. I had shelves caked in dust when they left. Also a few more issues: When they came my garbage cans were lined. They dumped and did not reline them The shelves were still dusty. They "mopped" my hardwood floors and are still dirty Blinds still dusty. They mixed my clean clothes with dirty so now total rewash They didn't with obvious logically pick up things instead piled it everywhere to the point we spent 1-3 hours "cleaning" when they left. Ok so after a bad experience with another cleaning company I decided to give this company a chance and once again completely disappointed! After this I honestly cannot trust yelp reviews anyone can have their family member or friends write reviews for them because the reviews definitely do not match the service at all. I stated to him in the beginning that I've had a bad experience and I told him exactly how and I what I wanted clean. Let's start off them arriving 30 minutes late, I had already told work I was going to be late because I would like to be here when they arrived and they could not even be on time which ok things happen I can understand but promptness is very important when running a business. So coming home just now checking everything and the kitchen is not even mopped, food still stuck on kitchen floor, mirrors not cleaned, the only thing they cleaned in the restroom was the toilet nothing else wiped down, dust still on the dressers in my room. It's awful now once AGAIN I'll have to clean up what they didn't clean and I should not have to do that! What's to point of hiring someone to clean your house if they're not going to clean it right just a half fast job it's only a one bedroom one bath with very little furniture I don't understand why it's so hard to wipe things down really quick, mop the floors and scrub the bathroom correctly. After requesting quotes from a few different places, I settled with iMaid. They were quick to communicate and stayed in communication with me throughout, which I really appreciated. The cleaners arrived 15 minutes late and didn't speak English, but I was able to get most of the instructions in. Henrique also called me to make sure they understood what to do, which was great! They did a great job but afterwards I noticed most of the dust and dirt were just pushed around. They used my own Swiffer mop to mop my entire downstairs, but she didn't know how to push the button to release the cleaning liquid. So the first few moments she just pushed the dry mop around. The kitchen and bedrooms looked wonderful, but I had to redo the floors and stairs. Henrique offered to have the cleaners come back and fix it, but unfortunately I didn't have time. But that was a very nice offer! Also there is a fee to use a credit card to pay, which I wasn't aware of. Overall nice job and they were quick, which I appreciated. read more

They both spent 4 hours, did an excellent job cleaning the whole house and their total charge for the job was very modest. They were very accommodating, as I had them originally scheduled for 8 am and changed the timing in the last minute. I found them with a flyer stuck on my door and decided to call them since my regular cleaning person never kept her schedule. I was very pleased with them, they were a team of two, very friendly and did an immaculate job. They cleaned specific items as requested, but otherwise did a good job of cleaning everything without being told. They also got the baseboards and the rods on the staircase, which is great for me since I have little kids! I have recommended them to friends in the area and they also have good things to say.
