I was in urgent need of some cleaning around my apartment over the weekend and had booked this company at the last minute. Not only were they able to squeeze me in, they were even able to accommodate me the same day I had put in a request. The ladies that came to my apartment were very sweet, friendly, pleasant and did not waste a minute. They cleaned things so thoroughly I felt like I had just moved in all over again. I am a full time nursing student and also work full time so although this was a very expensive investment, it definitely saved my time and energy and was worth it! The only thing I would want different next time would be a different scent as I cannot stand the smell of mint and my whole place smelled minty and that made me feel sick. So I decided to buy a few units outside of Dallas, so I started the search yet again for a house cleaning company to handle my turnover. What I ask for is simple but the important things to me are timing, reliability and consistency. I want to "set it and forget it" with my cleaning service so I can focus on other aspects of running an airbnb venture. Called this crew, got a time setup in the system, card on file---done. I get a call when they arrived which was nice since I wasn't there. I sent an assistant over to check over the work later that day, and she said they did a stellar job. Sweet! Best in Class Maids is one of the best cleaning services I've ever experienced. I've consistently had house cleaners over the last 20 years and I appreciate that this company went above and beyond my expectations. Sometimes I have had to go behind cleaning services to request that they clean more thoroughly but this was not the case with Best in Class. I am also sensitive to weird smells but what I experienced was a fresh clean smell when they were finished. I'll definitely have them come to clean every two weeks as there is no better feeling than walking into your home and it is sparkling clean. Absolute worst! Their customer service is NO GOOD! They canceled my cleaning after charging my account and had no explanation as to why I would have to wait 5 days for a refund. After speaking with someone at their office(which was just a horrible) I still ended up with no clue as to how or why they canceled and didnt even attempt to explain themselves! read more

Then about 4 or 5 hours later, they called me and simply said they had to cancel, leaving me high-and-dry with no explanation. Best in Class Maids exceeded my expectations. To start, I was able to book online without the normal hassle of calling in for a quote. I booked a deep clean/first clean for my 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome. When Amber and Maria arrived, I walked them through my home and showed them the area that need extra attention. The maids were very professional and thorough. The baseboards, window sills, and toilets were cleaned. My dishes were washed, laundry folded, and fridge cleaned. They left my home sparkly and clean. The owner even called me afterwards to ensure I was satisfied. From beginning to end, I had an excellent experience and definitely plan to use them again! read more

I never knew two people were coming and I was never told that the pay would be double when two people were sent. I was quoted $250 for 5.5 hrs. It was actually 2.5 hrs because they sent two maids and each maid is counted separately. I later received a text saying that it would take more than 5 hrs to clean and it would be $35 for each additional hour. Actually it was $35/hr/maid meaning that it is $70/hr. I was charged more than $400 for less than actual 5 hrs because the time is doubled when there are two maids. On top of that, the maids told me that the dishes were washed and clean but there were still grease all over most of the dishes. I ended up washing all the dishes again. The sinks were clean but all the hair and other residue were flushed down and now I have all the drains clogged. I am very speechless. Before they came, I had also removed most if not all the clutter on the floor and I was charge more than $400 for cleaning. I will not be continuing with my recurring maid service. Update. I received a call apologizing for the service and offering for a reclean. I appreciate it but there really is nothing to be done at this point. I will change the rating to three stars just for the sake of the phone call. read more
