    We waited over 2 hrs for them to show up even after a confirmation call that they would be here in 45min. We walked them through the house , they accepted the job and had me sign the contract and pay all for them to leave without doing a single thing and refusing to say why they left. Got a call after 2 hrs for them to say the job was cancelled. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Do Not Use This Company. I couldn't give them zero stars

    Dirty stair landing

    They did not wipe down the baseboards, stair landing or windowsill or change the sheets, as promised. I do not recommend this service.

    I'm currently requesting a full refund for the terrible service. TLDR of it is my wife and I wanted a clean home for our newborn. He's coming in 4 days. Hired two maids to clean the house for his arrival. I told them I wanted two maids for about three hours, for a total of six labor hours. 600 bucks and 6 hours (12 labor hours) later they had barely touched the downstairs and did a bad job upstairs. Bathroom wasn't cleaned behind the toilet, trash bag left on the floor and all sorts of other areas missed. I have the pics to back it up which I submitted. They were working in the same room together for most of the time and showed no sense of urgency. My wife and I can completely clean our entire house in less than four hours. As of 06/02, they have not called me back to discuss the claim, they only sent an email acknowledging receipt of the pictures. Thanks to My Maid Day, we are out over $600 (that's a lot of groceries) and still have to clean the house for the arrival of our newborn.

    My little kitchen was do clean and the floor has no over looked coffee spills. My den with my exercise equipment was even dusted !

    Complete ripoff. Changed for a deep clean and all they did was vacuum the floors. Unprofessional and no communication after they left.

    I hired Tidy Maids for the third time, paying $209 for a monthly cleaning service of just the…read moredownstairs area of my home (approximately 2,200 square feet). Unfortunately, the quality has declined with each visit. Before their arrival, I called in the morning to request a 30-minute heads-up, as both my husband and I work from home. The last time they came, they forgot to notify us, so I wanted to make sure it didn't happen again. However, once again, they failed to inform us before arriving. When they showed up, I mentioned that I needed to quickly dry the master bedroom sheets, since they hadn't given me the advance notice I had requested. They assured me it was no problem as the sheets would be dry well before they finished. Two cleaners arrived, and we immediately recognized one from a previous company we had stopped using due to poor service. They spent about two hours cleaning while I worked in my office. When I noticed they were getting ready to leave, I went to grab the sheets from the dryer for them, but when I came out of the laundry room, they were already gone--without saying goodbye or asking if I was satisfied with the work. This was the second time they had left without attempting making the master bedroom bed. I called the scheduling manager to report the issue. She was polite and asked me to email pictures of the problem areas. She also offered to send the cleaners back, which I appreciated. However, a follow-up phone call to ensure the problem was fully resolved would have been a nice touch, especially to prevent this from happening again. As I inspected their work, I was really disappointed. Our house is pretty clean but they missed several areas: the backsplash behind the stove wasn't wiped down, the front of the dishwasher still had visible smudges and water spots, and they didn't move a few small items on our coffee bar to clean underneath, which when I moved them, you can see rings on the countertop (see pictures), pet hair and dust under the kitchen counters, and didn't use any wood cleaner or wipe down the bedroom furniture. They even made the guest bed with the comforter upside down. Not a huge deal, but shows a complete lack of care. On top of that, they didn't dust the bookshelves or wipe down my desk in the office. By the time the cleaners were sent back, I had already cleaned most of the missed areas myself, so they only came back to make the bed. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the quality of the service.
