Before bringing in my suit I called to confirm that it would be possible to have it ready the next day as I would be driving out of town. They assured me this would be no problem and I checked in again when I brought the suit in person. However when I arrived to pick up the suit not only was it not ready, it was lost. 40 minutes later I walked out with a suit that was not clean and incredibly wrinkled from being mishandled. Do not bring your clothes to this store! I had a BRAND NEW shirt pressed and not only did they ruin it, the owner refused to reimburse me for the shirt and gave me absolutely zero compensation for the loss. Also, It seems like every time I walk into the store, another customer is complaining about a lost item. The owner and his staff are rude and unhelpful. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Same thing happened to me... They ruined a couple of shirt and they said they were going to do something on the next service. I brought them a suit, and other 5 shirts... If I could give this a zero I would. I've gone to this place for at least two years because it was conveniently located to my pharmacy. However, I've had enough. Recently, they ruined a dress shirt with mysterious large black stain. When I brought it back for them to clean it, they reacted in the following way prior to fixing the problem, other than obviously being rude and annoyed: 1. Basically stated several times I lied and they had no record of me bringing in my shirt for the original dry cleaning in the first place, in spite of me being in their records and my stating I would bring in my receipt. 2. They then suggested I created the stain myself. 3. Told me to come back not once, but 2x telling me it was still not done. Both times I returned was in this winter weather, including the winter storm with my tot. 4. When I did return finally, I came in with my husband, who was standing to the side where the tailor works, checking his phone. I, on the other hand, was standing right in front of her. She rudely tells me, the gentleman was first and I needed to wait my turn. I had to let her know that was MY HUSBAND and that we actually were together. If we had to get technical people, he opened the door for me and I walked in first. (rolling my eyes right about now). If this is how they act over a $30 dry cleaning job after hundreds of dollars spent if not thousands over the years, then it's time to move on. Dry cleaners are literally on every corner. read more

Don't go to this dry cleaners! They not only lost all $800 worth of clothing but when I contacted them looking for my clothes and eventual reimbursement, they were rude, unhelpful and refused to reimburse me. I tried to reach out to them several times looking for my clothing (not them contacting me). When the owner finally returned my phone call, he could have been ruder, would not give me his contact information, and instructed his staff not to speak to me if I contacted them. On top of this, 6 weeks later, they had the nerve to charge my credit card without my permission for my dry cleaning that they lost! 2 months later, I still have not received reimbursement for my lost clothing, my clothing, or an apology! read more

PLEASE RUN THE OTHER WAY if you want your clothes to be returned to you in one piece and if you want them to be on time. We have been using them for the past year now since they are the only game in town for convenience of location. They have either lost my husbands shirts or have had some other thing happen where my husbands shirts were never ready and he actually had to buy a new shirt for work. The first few times they messed up, they did not charge us but now a new owner came in and was unapologetic and did not reimburse us. This cleaners is the worst. One shirt came back ripped and they tried to convince me I brought it in like that. Another two times clothes came back with stains. When I brought them in I showed them the stains and it didn't seem to matter. In addition they advertise that with 25 dollars in dry cleaning the shirts are .99 . However unless you request it they try and charge you the regular price for the shirts. Do not bring cleaning here!!!! read more

Been here multiple times- dry cleaning never ready when promised, usually not an issue because I generally flexible, but this time they claim they called my apartment "multiple times" to notify me of an issue with my order. I had one missed call on a Sunday but no message and they were closed when I called back, was home (off from work for the week) Monday and Tuesday. I called back Monday morning, gave my cell phone number and was told that there was no issue with my order. Wednesday at 4pm (supposed to pick up order at 5) was told that order is not ready due to an issue with a dress. I'm getting on a plane at 6am and need that order. Told the woman (Anna) that I had not gotten any calls at all. I was contacted by Dave who said "well someone called either Monday or Tuesday but I don't know when". Extremely abrasive. Never using this cleaners again. read more
