In the meantime, I found out my dog would need surgery, 3rd in 2 years and this time I need Ocean State to do the surgery. I am sure this will cost at least double what I have been paying. I went back and forth on whether or not to cancel. I finally made the decision on Monday, called and left a message. Kristin responded by text and said she would call. She retuned my call on Tuesday, my monthly cleaning was scheduled for that Thursday. She told me because I did not provide 30 days notice, I would be charged for the visit regardless. I am dealing with health issues and did not want to reschedule or let them that day and clean. I will be charged for nothing. My card information is on file. Kristin is very polite, the cleaning was average and more expensive than I ever have paid for comparable cleanings. Buyer beware and make sure if you sign for a contract, you know the cancellation policy, in full before signing on. Cost me $200+ dollars but lesson learned. Comb over the entire website before signing up for recurrent cleanings.

I have a 2 month old kitten who weighs about a pound so he must just be shedding everywhere in the three weeks I've had him. What a joke!!! Basically their deep cleaning feature is just something to make you pay over $200 for subpar work. They will not complete the items the promise on their website and then make up random lies to defend why they won't refund money for services not completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. With any business. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly when you question it then I'd choose this business. The response the owner has given here is completely untrue and ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB for services that were not provided and their response was that they will give me my money back if I removed my reviews from online. Basically extortion. I would rather let them keep every dollar than let them bully me into removing my ACCURATE review of their terrible business.

They got me in as soon as they could as well. I have a strange parking situation and they were able to text the night before to tell me how many were coming etc. The two women that cleaned were so nice. They worked really hard and listened to my concerns. When I came back the place looked great. I paid extra for them to do the stove/ oven and it looked brand new. I feel comfortable moving my things in now due to their attention to detail. I would use their services again, will most likely have them come in a month or so to do a light cleaning.
