Coming into the new year, we wanted to get our carpet cleaned. After messaging a couple of companies we decided on Cleaning Crew Solutions, as Michael provided a very reasonable price, and was upfront about everything. Many companies we used in the past had very sneaky pricing, and they would add a stair fee, etc. but Michael had no hidden fees and was easy to work with. We ended up having 4 bedrooms and 3 area rugs cleaned, and it looked perfect in the end. He was on time, responded to texts quickly, and was professional, so we will be using this company again in the future.

Mike was fantastic to work with! He came out quickly to assess my travertine floors and provided a fair quote on the spot. I had just moved into my new home and the floors hadn't been cleaned in a while, the grout lines were really dark. I wanted a seamless look, matching the travertine to the grout, and Mike absolutely delivered. He and his team worked all day to get it done in one day, and the results are incredible. Wow! All I can say is Mikes a miracle worker. My upstairs shower was a source of deep shame for me, and I felt bad my sons had to use that shower. I would strongly discourage anyone to use this business. Extremely unprofessional. Had an appointment with Mike on Friday, January 30th. Said he would text me what time he was arriving the morning of. No word from him that day...after a couple of texts and a DM on instagram, finally got a response in the late afternoon that he couldn't make it. Apologized, and rescheduled for Thursday, Feb 5th at 4pm. Sent him a text and a DM this morning to confirm. Completely ghosted me, tried calling a couple of times, no answer. Even left him a VM. Its now 4:30pm and no word from him. I had arranged my schedule to accommodate, and Mike doesn't even have the courtesy to call or text to let me know he can't make it. My experience with Cleaning Crew Solutions was exceptional! Mike answered my call right away and had answers to all my questions. I was able to book an appointment quickly within a few days of my inquiry. Mike was punctual, a pleasure to work with, and above all did an absolutely amazing job cleaning our carpets. Coming into the new year, we wanted to get our carpet cleaned. After messaging a couple of companies we decided on Cleaning Crew Solutions, as Michael provided a very reasonable price, and was upfront about everything. My son and his fiance wanted to get their tile floors cleaned before they moved into their condo they purchased. There is tile throughout the condo and it was filthy. The grout which should be a dark cream color, was almost black. The shower in the master bedroom also has tile, and that was also very dirty and full of grime. Mike Salinas came out to clean the floors. My husband is the one who met him at the condo and he said he was such a nice guy. Very friendly. None of us in the family were able to get to the condo until after Mike had left so we weren't able to meet him, BUT we were shocked by how clean he got the floors, and also the shower! The tile not only was 100% cleaner, but there was such a nice sheen to it. The shower also looks so much better..... very clean and the tile feels so smooth when you touch it. I was looking for a last minute cleaning before the holidays, everyone was booked until after The holidays or they wouldn't reply to my messages. Really thankful I found this place. When I called Cleaning Crew Solutions about getting someone to come out and clean my tiles / seal my grout, Mike scheduled a consultation appointment with me right away. Mike is very professional. He made me comfortable that they would take care of the job, explaining what needed to be done in detail. The company is upfront with their service costs and is the most reasonably priced amongst the other five other companies I inquired wit. They were also the most proactive, responsive, and just overall the easiest to communicate with which ultimately was my main reason to hire them. Mike came on time on cleaning day. He was polite, courteous, and very respectful. It isn't often that you can have a service provider perform the tasks you hired them for and have the job done well but Mike did ours excellently. He did it effectively and efficiently. My floors are gleaming! Also, it's worth mentioning that while he was in the house, I asked Mike to take a look at a water spot on my white couch and see if he could help remove it. I was willing to be charged for it but Mike offered to get it done at no cost. And he did!! He took the water spot off my couch easily! I will definitely be a repeat customer and will only call Cleaning Crew Solutions for all my tile and upholstery needs! I have a 6 year old boy who has friends over all the time and things get messy, and a dog who's left quite a few stains on our carpet that keep coming back! I'm a little bit of a clean freak so needless to say keeping my carpet clean is pretty high on my household checklist. Words can't describe how much we appreciated Mike's timely response to our situation. Our family pet had bathroom problems the night before so we were in a panic to get in touch with a carpet cleaner. Mike picked up my call and offered his services within a two hour window. He came prepared, was very courteous of our family home by wearing booties and laid down towels around the pathways, but more importantly did a great job. We had some leveling done and stairs redone. What I didnt love is that the last day the two guys who started the job didn't finish (a third new guy finished) and although he did a decent job finishing the stairs, a few stairs creak and the walls were left with much larger holes to be repaired. That's another annoyance albeit it may be normal regardless of who you get your floors done with - they left the stair walls with holes and needing repair and painting. So we have yet to complete the job in that regard. They did disclose that would be the case but after you drop thousands of dollars it would be nice to feel like a complete job was performed.

We finally finished a big bathroom remodel project this year, which we've been wanting to do for…read moreover 10 years. We would not have been able to do it without Regina's store and support. Our house is 30 years old, like many houses in the area. We wanted to remodel all three of our bathrooms, and I didn't know where to start. I didn't want to hire a designer, so I started off by researching products at Home Depot, Floor & Decor, and the tile stores on College Blvd in Anaheim. After many trips, I was uninspired and still didn't know where to start. There are so many decisions to be made, so many colors, sizes, and considerations about which products will work well together. After seeing many different products (maybe too many) at those stores, I still hadn't come up with any satisfactory designs for my bathrooms. I then thought of Regina's store, where I had bought glass backsplash tiles for our kitchen a while ago. I went to see Regina, and Regina guided me through the whole design process step by step. She gave me exactly the right support to structure my decision-making and helped me come up with designs I loved. With her help, I didn't feel confused or overwhelmed anymore. I followed her advice and got the project moving forward. Now, all three of our bathrooms use products from Regina's store, all of which she helped me select. The tiles are a little more expensive than what you can get from Home Depot and Floor & Decor, but Regina has much better selections and much better quality products! Her prices are also very competitive compared with the other designer tile stores for the exact same products (I checked). Also, during the renovation process, there were times where I needed a couple extra pieces here and there. With one phone call, Regina would order and send the products to our house. Now that the whole project is finally done, everyone is very happy with how everything turned out. We have different color schemes for each bathroom, and the tiles for each bathroom fit so well. The second day he came back to do the grout (took less than an hour). Paolo explained that they wanted to make sure the tile was set/dry before grouting so that the grout color didn't blend into wet tileset color (which was white). I removed my in-ground spa and used Hector to clean my bricks, cut them, installed rebar, place and grouted the bricks. He also removed the plastic junk my patio cover people placed in my old patio cover post holes and installed rebar all on day one. Poured the concrete and continued my salt finish on day two. Today he came and swept up the salt, hosed it down and see the results! I had spoken to several handymen who didn't want to do this job as well as got a bid from another masonry company with a price I was shocked with who was recommended to me. I found and contacted Hector through Yelp, got his estimate which was a price I could afford as a newly retired person. It's beautiful! I'm so happy!

He gave me a reasonable price with no pressure. The job involved removing the old tub/shower, replacing the plumbing, building a bench, wet-mopping, adding cement-backing, installing porcelain tile, replacing the flooring, adding drywall (including re-stucco-ing, and repainting). Each team - demolition, plumber, framing, wet-mop, tiler, dry-wall/painter - was professional, competent, hardworking, and clean-minded. Keep in mind that this is not a one day job --- mine took 1 1/2 weeks. Joe was always responsive to my calls and kept the job moving. Also, his quote does not include the glass enclosure. Joe sent me a good glass enclosure contractor and he added an additional week - 1 day for estimate, 5 days to cut/temper the glass, and one day to install. I enjoyed watching them work. To get the job done right, there is a lot of expertise involved. My wife was so grateful that she always provided snacks and water for the crews.

My experience with Joe, the manager who handled most of the communication, was terrible. In my opinion, he did not have enough hands-on construction knowledge to properly manage a remodel. He seemed to rely almost entirely on what his employees or subcontractors told him, even when they were wrong. When I pointed out mistakes, he often pushed back, blamed me, or tried to make me pay to fix issues caused by his own crew. A few examples: -We specified grout colors, and they used them on the wrong tiles and areas. -The wrong sinks were ordered. -The wrong faucets were ordered. -The wrong tiles were ordered. -The wrong counter top was delivered. -Kitchen cabinets were faulty and installed improperly. -They promised one type of flooring, then delivered something completely different, including a different color, and installed it incorrectly. -They tried to conceal faulty piping inside my walls. Had I not walked in unexpectedly, I would never have seen it. -They poured a foundation for a small extension without making it deep enough or installing a moisture barrier. We now have tiles showing signs of moisture damage. -They did not repaint several rooms. They cleaned the walls and then claimed the rooms had been painted. -The electrician made serious mistakes, including issues that almost caused a fire in my house. The overall pattern was simple: -They made mistakes. -I had to catch the mistakes. -Joe often tried to shift blame. -They tried to charge me to fix problems they caused. I also felt like Joe tried to take advantage of me financially. He handwrote the quote and invoice, and I trusted that the items we discussed would be handled as agreed. Later, he tried to back away from what had been discussed and claimed certain items were not included. Only after I involved the owner did Joe back down and admit he had made a mistake. There were also major management and communication problems: -Joe is not the contractor who owns the business. -From what I saw, there was no professional contractor consistently supervising the crew. -Joe would come by occasionally, look around, speak with the crew, and leave. -The crew often seemed confused about what needed to be done. -Communication between Joe and the crew appeared poor, which caused constant errors. The crew was also a revolving door. Different people came on different days. One person would start the flooring, and others would come later to finish it. The same thing happened with tile, plumbing, electrical work, and other parts of the project. Each time someone new showed up, they seemed to have little or no idea what had been agreed to. Joe also asked personal questions that made us uncomfortable, including: -Where are you from? -What do you do? -Can I see your cars? -"Wow, you went to that restaurant? It's very expensive." -"This was an expensive house. You must be very rich." That felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. Overall, this was a nightmare experience. Never again. The only reason I am giving two stars is that they finished quickly, and by the end, I was simply relieved to have them gone.

I told him it wasn't an issue, but I'd truly booked someone else. Then he started complaining that he was getting attacked by AI and it was a crime, and it was hard to know if potential clients were real. I said I was real, and he must not have have put my voicemail and my email together. Then he asked me again for my name and city so that he could put it together. At this point, it was getting ridiculous, but I complied, I was trying to help the guy out, and get off his list. Then he starts cussing at me. I blocked him. What a jerk. I'm telling you, I was never anything but kind and helpful to him, the only thing I did "wrong" was ask him for a custom quote (which he never gave me, because he clearly still had no idea what work I'd asked him to do - he only gave me his 3 hour minimum shtick) and later had the courtesy to tell him that I'd hired someone else. Instead of blowing him off. I was nice, and he is throwing four letter words at me. I would find someone else who is more trustworthy, reliable, knows the difference between a computer and a real person, and knows how to treat potential clients. How will he treat you inside your own home??
