We do apologize for the delay in shipping. Tracking will be provided when it is available. Thanks, Customer Service" I am now one month since ordering and it still lists no tracking information on their website. No one there ever answers the phone. I'm not sure what's changed with this formerly reputable company. I've even asked why there's been such a delay in shipping and if I can simply come pick them up. No response. At this point, I assume that the candles are not ever coming. I don't believe anyone is actively working there at all. I've never had such a strange interaction (or lack thereof) with a company in my life. If anyone actually receives their order, I've love to hear about it.

The threader and cutter are giving me challenges that I know I shouldn't have to go through for a new machine. I just started sewing on my Allegro, but the threads have been breaking after so many stitches. I would love to have in person training for babyLock as there is for the Berninas. They only seem to care about the customer until they get your money. I purchased a machine in March…read moreof last year and it was in the shop more than I had it. They finally sent it back to the manufacturer for repair. After more than three months I finally got it back the third time and it was fixed but they insist that there was nothing wrong with the machine. The problem was that I was using it wrong. I have to use my left foot to operate it instead of my right foot. If this was the case, which I do not believe is the case, they should have been able to tell me this when I returned it the first time. They just don't want to take responsibility for the frustration and inconvenience I have suffered over the last year. After paying almost $8000 for a machine, I expected more from them.

The staff must've made a full change-up since 2015/'16 per these previous reviews, as I had no negative interactions with any of the employees while browsing or checking out. D'lani (forgive me if I just completely butchered the spelling) was super sweet and attentive while I was shopping. Unfortunately though, not one associate mentioned that it would be "buy 3, get 3 free" the very next day on body care items, so I ended up just taking advantage of the "buy 3, get 1 free" body care deal and 5 for $8 hand sanitizers (pocket size) - with the regular priced pocket sanitizers being $2 each. I also grabbed two hand soaps for regular price just because they were favorite scents of mine. Everything went smoothly with browsing and checking out. I would come back to this location. None of the salespeople were overly aggressive, unlike some locations, which was nice. Everyone was masked up and distancing, so no concerns there. I took away one star for having to wait in line for a long time. This eclectic store is always the highlight of my visit to the sugar loaf mills. The employees here are extremely helpful and there is always a sale going on. They stock beautiful healing crystals, incense, clothing and other items you can't find at a regular store. When you checkout with your purchase, you can ask to have your items cleansed of any bad energy. I enjoy browsing through their different jewelry to get as gifts and there are a lot of "zen" products if you like that kind of stuff. The little electric water fountains are nice too but I don't buy those since I'm not sure if they would survive the airplane ride back home. If you are looking for something different to gift others or for yourself this is the perfect store.
