Are all these reviews even real? Made an appointment with Marius a week ago. Confirmed it and everything, he even emailed me to confirm it. Took the day off to meet up with the maids, they never showed up. I called, emailed, nothing. No shows. Unbelievable. To be fair, I've never met them, nor did they clean for me. I'm sorry to post my first bad review... it's not my style. I'm just frustrated at the level of communication in trying to schedule an appointment. I found them on Yelp- all great reviews AND local to me! Wow, I can't wait to have them come clean my house! Clicked on their website, and filled out a form to get an estimate. I included my phone number and email and had a specific date in mind (the upcoming Wed). (it was on a Friday night)... took until Sunday to get a response back. Very generic answer: $25/cleaner/hour for an initial cleaning and an estimate if I use them biweekly.... no answer on the upcoming Wed cleaning. I sent back another question to clarify the initial cleaning cost... would it take 4 hours and cost $200? And what about the Wed cleaning. I got a one sentence response that they were booked for Wed. No clarification of the cost. So, I picked a Wed 2 weeks away (Wed is my day off, and the only day I could be here for an initial cleaning)... 2 days later, again- a one sentence response.They are booked that day too... no alternatives, no phone call... just booked. Are you all booked and not taking new clients? Is there another day that works better? I give up! If you have a website and give people the opportunity to communicate that way, then Please answer the questions posed to you. If email isn't the way to communicate, then call people, or put on your website that you prefer communication by phone. Something! I am trying to find a company to clean my house biweekly on Wednesdays and would have liked to hire them.... but because of the poor communication, I will have to find someone else. I'm pretty disappointerd because communication is just as important to me as how well they clean. read more

Although Marius chose to believe his employee over me, his customer, throughout the dispute, she finally admitted that it was her fault for causing the spill. He reached out to me resolve the repairs and apologized. He was absolutely sincere and I accepted. I've been using Cleaning Now for a couple of months now and they have been nothing but wonderful! Marius, the owner, has been easy to contact and he confirms every cleaning the night before via email. Dana and Alex, our cleaning team, are meticulous and friendly. They are punctual week after week and leave our home spotless! They usually spend 1-1/2 hours at each visit (I have a 1400 sq ft condo) and they've got their routines down to a "T". We LOVE LOVE LOVE Marius and Danuta! They come clean our house twice a month and do an amazing job! We love that they don't use harsh chemicals like other services (to where you have to air out the overwhelming bleach vapors). That is a huge plus considering that I'm 7 months pregnant. We HIGHLY recommend them. Not just for the amazing job that they do, but how affordable they are compared to the horrible commercial maid services where you get someone different each time who doesn't speak English. I found this service through Yelp, and I am very glad I did. The process was as simple as it gets: I emailed with what I was looking for, within an hour or two Marcus responded with a quote and answers to my inquiries. After a handful of emails we had agreed on a price, scheduled an appointment and we were set. The day of the appointment, Marcus and his crew showed up on time and set to work on my house. Marcus went room to room appraising what needed to be done. He quickly conferred with his crew & set them to work. They were there a total of 2.-2.5 hours (I have a very small apartment) & the house was immaculate when they left. I am especially impressed with the work that was done on my bathroom. I honestly believe it is cleaner then the day I moved in. I was so pleased that I scheduled a monthly follow up cleaning going forward. Pros: They use all their own products and equipment Marcus was prompt with responses to my questions The crew was thorough and yet moved at a fast pace Cons: Can't think of any at this point. After their first visit to our house, we knew immediately that we couldn't live without them. They are very fast, but do an incredibly thorough job. The house is always sparkling when they leave! so i'm not surprised that i got this kind of response from dana and marius given a couple of the reviews about communication below. here's adding my own experience confirming an attitude that i wouldn't want to welcome into my home. i sent in my estimate inquiry online. got a standard reply. i replied back asking about prices being negotiable. here's the response i've copied and pasted: I'm sorry but the price is not negotiable. If you need service immediately please call someone else. My favorite day of the month is when Cleaning Now comes to my house! They are extremely professional, reliable, punctual, and efficient. One of their employees (and older man) is extremely handy and helps to fix little things in my house without even asking. Occasionally I have needed cleaning on short notice (like an unexpected house guest) and they haven't been able to squeeze me in. So I used other cleaning services a couple of times, but none of them compared to these guys! They really take pride in their work and care about my family. I had them clean my house, but Marius didn't seem very happy that our dog, a Chocolate Lab, was at home when he arrived. He was not very friendly overall. His wife was sweet to the dog, and I made sure to keep her out of their way. The cleaning job was ok, but they never followed up to ask if I wanted to schedule bi-weekly cleanings, so I guess it was not meant to be. read more

I used Cleaning Now when I first got my condo. Then I strayed for a few months and it was a huge mistake. The employees at Cleaning Now not only show up on time but with a smile on their face. I couldn't have been more happy with the service I received from Cleaning Now! I had requested a Friday cleaning, but unfortunately no times were available at the time I contacted them. I corresponded with Marcus via email, which was great because then we didn't have to play phone tag. He contacted me every time they had a cancellation and finally there was a time that worked! The crew showed up promptly at 8:00, worked very quickly and were very friendly and finished within 2 hours. By far the best cleaning service I have ever used. And they speak English and are not south of the US border, they are European, every one of them! Sorry if that sounds bad but it is refreshing. They are incredibly meticulous, prompt and courteous. I have been through a LOT of cleaning services over the years (as you can also see from my other reviews) and these guys just rock. I am VERY picky about my home and these folks exceed all my expectations every time. Communications via email are my preference and Marius does a great job. My husband and I have tried countless maid services as well as private maids who promise the world and deliver a product that makes you wonder what filthy state their personal homes must be in. The difference between the words coming out of their mouths (past maids and services) and the actual delivered product is like a chasm the size of the Rift Valley. We had almost given up on finding someone we could trust to deliver what they promised without requiring us to shadow them just to ensure they were doing what they promised...which was our next step. Cleaning now is the first service that has delivered the product above and beyond our expectations. They have an ALL European crew who take pride in their job and maintain a high European standard of cleanliness that is not found in other ordinary services. The crew is friendly, professional, fast, and extremely efficient! As far as the reviews regarding communications issues with this company, they are a moot point. To us the high quality product is far more important than communication etiquette. Other companies could benefit by learning what a clean home really means and how to deliver the product by observing Cleaning Now's quality standards. We love this company and its cleaning staff. Just had Cleaning Now come to my house for the first time. They were very efficient; I have a 1200 square foot condo and they finished in under two hours. I was extremely pleased with the service - they worked quickly, but everything was thoroughly cleaned and the house looked beautiful. They were even able to get rid of a rust stain in my bathtub that other cleaning services were unable to remove. They were also very professional - before they left they asked me to take a look around and make sure everything was up to my standards. The price was reasonable as well. I was referred to Cleaning Now from a friend that has been using their services for about 6 months. The process was painless - I requested a quote and Marcus got back to me very quickly. He was able to work with my limited availability and urgency for service to have Maya and Matt come out and transform our home before a family event. Matt and Maya arrived early and got right to work spending 2 hours deep cleaning our much needed areas of bathrooms and kitchen. They were great, even with our 2 large dogs wanting attention. This is the first time I've paid for a cleaning crew and actually felt like it was worth it. The house is sparkling. Usually I feel like I could have done a better job myself, but these people are really great. They were all business and were scrubbing the bathroom floors and bathtub like there was no tomorrow. I asked to have the inside of the fridge cleaned, which sometimes raises eyebrows with other services, but they just said it was no problem. They cleaned under every piece of furniture and in every corner. The appointment set up went smoothly by email. I thought they were quite nice, although I can see why some of the other posts might say they are not overly friendly, but I think it is all because they just want to clean, clean, clean. Totally fine by me. I paid on an hourly basis, and I thought the price was fair and they worked quickly and did not waste any time to rack up the bill at all. Highly recommended. read more
