Very unprofessional, Canceled on me last minute. I noted that I wanted 2 bedrooms cleaned in my 4 bedroom house, and they canceled on me for no apparent reason. At ten am I texted inquiring if someone was still coming and they stated I was not on the schedule, in spite of stating "I'll take it" for Friday at 8, being asked to provide my address to book, doing so, and receiving confirmation they had the address. I was really counting on this service as I return to work full time from maternity leave this week, and have to get everything ready for relatives to move in to our house. We showed up to a disgusting scene at my son's dorm at The Harbor OCC (Orange Coast Community College). Wowzser came in and saved the day!!! The roommate who moved out the day before left the worst mess I had ever seen! They cleaned the bathroom and bedroom first, then they headed into the disgusting kitchen. The refrigerator looks like a brand new refrigerator. They cleaned up the food left in cabinets, they cleaned all the appliances, and they even cleaned the walls. Now the dorm looks brand new and my son was happy to move in. They saved us HOURS of work. I will definitely hire them again and probably bring them back during the holidays for a little refresh. If not for Wowzser, I would never have left my son in that dorm! I would give them 10 stars if I could!! read more

Very expensive and did not do a good job. They did not even clean everything that was included in the service and did a bad job with things they did clean. THEY DO NOT WEAR MASKS. We paid $170 for them to clean and they only spent about an hour cleaning a 2 story, 2bed/2bath home. Other cleaning services have more reasonable prices and do a better job. We paid for a move in cleaning for an empty place. That service includes cleaning inside kitchen cupboards and bathroom drawers. When we arrived to move in, we found the kitchen cupboards full of old food crumbs from previous tenants. And the bathroom drawers were full of dirt and hair from previous tenants! Gross! The bathroom counters were very dusty and obviously not cleaned. We had to do a lot of cleaning ourselves before we could move in. The worst part is we contacted Ray about our dissatisfaction with the service and sent him pictures, he was rude and suggested that all of the dirt was from just that day after the cleaners, and that the cleaners did actually clean. So I did an experiment and cleaned my home after the cleaners. It's been 2 weeks since I cleaned, and my bathroom counters have still not gotten as dusty and dirty as they were after the cleaners supposedly cleaned them. I also vacuumed my stairs after they vacuumed and it was so dirty mostly full of hair and dog hair from previous tenants! See attached photo. I vacuumed again after 2 weeks to see how much dirt would accumulate from us and there is not nearly as much dirt as from after the cleaners vacuumed. It is not possible that the dirt is from one day like Ray says. Their vacuum must not work! If you are using this service to pass a move out inspection, your place will still be dirty, you won't pass and won't get your full deposit back. Ray offered no compensation or future discount. Even at a discounted price, I wouldn't want to use this service again. Still expensive and not worth it based on their quality of service. THEY ALSO DO NOT FOLLOW COVID PRECAUTIONS. They do not wear masks or social distance like their Yelp says. They did not wear masks in my home or while being in close proximity to me talking with me face to face. Update: Ray says I did not receive services from him, maybe he's trying to cover this up, but we definitely used wowzser maids! We found them and contacted them through Yelp. In my overall experience, he is very unprofessional. Disclaimer: it was not Ray himself who cleaned my home, he sent other cleaners, but as the owner of the business he should take responsibility for their work, and he has not. A few days ago I noticed that my windows were extra dirty. I requested a quote from Wowzser for window washing on Sunday evening. Ray responded within minutes and on Monday I let him know that I would like him to come clean my windows. I was happily surprised when he said he could come the next morning. Our landlord was very impressed and thought we must've had regular housekeeping done. They were prompt, courteous, and flexible. We own a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 910 sq ft townhouse in Huntington Beach which we rent out. Our renters moved out on December 31, 2012. I called Ray on January 2, 2012 and specifically asked him the cost for a MOVE OUT, DEEP CLEAN of the property to prepare for our new renters. I forewarned him that the place was left a mess (bugs everywhere, dirty walls, dirty appliances) and specifically requested that all appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher and stove) to be thoroughly cleaned. He was very responsive and scheduled his crew to come out that day. I appreciated this quick response. Unfortunately, I had to re-schedule for another time since we had other contractors working on the property. We finally agreed on Friday morning (January 4, 2012). His crew arrived on time and my husband met them. My husband walked them through the property and pointed out exactly what we wanted. He also asked Ray if I had mentioned the DEEP CLEAN, especially the kitchen and appliances. They started at 7:30 a.m. and I received a text at 10:24 a.m. that they finished. My husband and I went to the property and reviewed their work. The stove and floors behind the fridge and stove were still dirty. There were still spiders on the walls. There was still dirt in a few cabinets. Of course, Ray had one of his employees fix these issues as we pointed them out. He had excuses for everything, too. On the phone, he first quoted me $90.00. Than he said it was $110. Before we paid him, he said he usually charges $200, but gave me a special. The property also has a wall heater which they cleaned out. He said that he usually charges extra to clean this out. I am in sales and I can't stand people who make these types of comments after the price has been negotiated. Be upfront and don't make comments as if you're doing me, the customer, a favor. My husband and I spent the WHOLE weekend at the condo. I spent four hours in the kitchen cleaning what they didn't get done. The stove overhead and fan was never cleaned. The back of the stove and fridge were swept and mopped. I wiped out every drawer and cabinet on the left side on Saturday. On Sunday, January 7, 2013, my husband went through the kitchen to make sure everything was wiped down. He opened one of the drawers on the right side (the side which I had not gotten to) and found a PILE of dead roaches. i have attached the photos. We were charged a MOVE OUT, DEEP CLEAN and this is what we got. The work was way below average, no care in the results and shows absolute laziness. We would have paid any amount as long as the condo was cleaned the right away. We were specific and upfront of what we wanted in a MOVE OUT, DEEP CLEAN. I texted Ray (the person who I have been dealing with) after we found the cabinet with the pile of dead roaches and he never responded. I sent him the photos that we had taken, too. Most reputable businesses who care about their customers would have called immediately and addressed the concern. Most businesses would offer a second chance or some kind of refund. Ray never acknowledged the text message. Unfortunately, this company was the first to return my phone call. I called five companies who called me, but I had already scheduled with Wowzser. We will not use this company again and we definitely do not recommend them. We feel their work is dishonest, lacks attention and with all the other reputable housecleaning services out there, this is one you should avoid. read more
