Shawn came out day two and helped make sure everything was under control and by the end of the week they had removed our bathroom vanity, two feet of drywall in the affected areas, and the wood "judges paneling" throughout the study and dried everything out plus treated to prevent mold. Everything was ready for our contractor to come and rebuild the damaged areas and replace the floors. This is the third time I have used Serve Pro and they are the best in the business.

As for my reviews, I always give honest feedback based on my experiences. I'm not 'making up stories' or 'gaslighting'; I say it as it is. All in all, it was a great clean. Reading a previous review, looks like being a NO SHOW is a habit, even for ppl he had previously worked for. I am very glad I was able to contact someone else to do a same-day pick up else I would have been in a very bad position as I needed to vacate the house. I understand appts have to be canceled sometimes but common courtesy is to let someone know you're canceling or at least reply that you're not showing up.
