I booked online, I got an immediate confirmation, followed by, updates every step of the way until dispatch on the actual date of our appointment. I even saw a photograph of the person that was coming to my house which was quite comforting. The crew was very detailed and thoroughly cleaned my home (deep cleaning) They requested a walk-through prior to leaving the process to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. Which I was! I was so excited to schedule an appointment to get my house cleaned before the holidays. My husband and I spent extra time picking up clutter to try and make it easier on them. 15 minutes before the appointment, they send a text message that they will be an hour and a half late. Sure, fine, things can happen. Two hours and 15 minutes later-they are a no show. No response to messages or calls. Rearranged our whole day to be available on a weekday afternoon, only to have them waste our time and put us in a bind for scheduling with another service. DONT waste your money! Paid for a 1st deep clean with the expectation for bi-weekly cleanings and lots of things missed. Sent photos to give an opportunity to correct. They sent people back out and half the things I pointed out were STILL not cleaned. I was expecting the house to sparkle and I am yet again seriously disappointed. Example: sinks not scrubbed, toothpaste grim easily visible and removed with a Lysol wipes. Cobwebs in corners, bedframe dust obviously visible.... the list goes on. read more

***Edited to add: these people ruined my stove!!! They scrubbed off the labels around the knobs AND scratched the crap out of the stainless steel! When I brought this up to the owner, she said it was scratched already even though she wasn't personally in my home at the time of cleaning! I bought all new appliances for my kitchen remodel this year, they were not already scratched with labels missing!*** I am so disappointed with the service provided. They were running a "Saturday Deep Clean Special" that I signed up for. I asked for the inside of my oven to be cleaned in lieu of 2/3 bedrooms being cleaned. She agreed. They were supposed to show up at 12. At 1 I got a Facebook message (not even a text though they had my number) that the crew was running behind and should be there in 30 minutes, so be here at 1:30. They showed up a little after 2:30 and there was a huge communication barrier. I didn't get home til 8pm and don't notice what had and hadn't been done at that time. The next morning I saw everything that was missed. No cobwebs had been removed, the windows/sills were still dirty, mirrors were still dirty, cabinets were still dirty, one bathroom floor hadn't even been swept, the inside of the microwave wasn't clean and neither was the oven. When I expressed my discontent I was given snide remarks and an attempted guilt trip. Even so far as to say that they "fit me in" like I asked for some special accommodation when they are the ones who advertised a Saturday special and set the time! Then to say that my house was "very dirty" like I should appreciate the half ass job bc my house wasn't clean to begin with. If my house didn't need a "deep clean" I wouldn't have paid someone else to do it!! I eventually settled with the owner for less than the $150 that was initially agreed upon but for more than the quality of work done. I'm glad others have had a better experience than me but I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Such an alienating and disappointing experience trying to use this service. I am not one to write bad review easily, but Tabitha was rude and failed to show for the scheduled cleaning not once BUT TWICE! Back to back-- then proceeded to blame me for her lack of customer service. She tried to claim she sent an invoice and that I put my number and email in wrong and then clang to that delusion even after I showed her how her system had sent me confirmation of service to both my email and number. She called me rude when I was MORE than patient given the situation and then left it at I shouldn't have waited till the last minute to clean my house I guess she feels like she should be able to not show up and reschedule as many times as she likes and you the customer should just wait until she is good and ready to send a crew to clean. The first time the crew just didn't show up she said she tried to call and email (I never got a call or email) and that I didn't pay an invoice that I never received. Then on the phone she told me she would send a crew to arrive at 6:30pm or was that too late-- I told her I preferred that because my parents were coming the next day she then sent a text 15 minutes later saying they wouldn't be coming please forgive her. THATS IT! No solution, no discount for the inconvenience nothing. After some back and forth we agree to an 8am cleaning the next day. She sends the invoice, I pay immediately and ask for confirmation she received it-- then get a text saying I had been refunded so I'm trying to ask if they will be coming and she just doesn't respond after we have been communicating via text ALL EVENING. In the morning they don't show AGAIN! I'm running around solo parenting 3 kids trying to find out if they'll show or not and she fails to respond till much later-- she is not apologetic or kind at all and just send a picture of an email that she sent close to 9 o'clock at night the night before they were suppose to clean saying they couldn't come because the crew that was suppose to clean was in a car accident and she can send another crew (yea right like I believe they'll ever show at this point!) on Monday. Here's the thing-- I'm calling BS and don't believe her for a second. This whole experience was awful, she was rude and insisted they did EVERYTHING RIGHT and that I was a rude person-- when really I am a mom of 3 young boys who just wanted a non sticky house for her parents who was stood up not once but twice and then berated by this horrible person/company. DO NOT USE unless you like arranging your whole day and then rearranging again and again and never having them show up. Tabitha (the owner) is so passive aggressively rude and this whole company is a joke. They failed to show up twice on scheduled days, billed incorrectly, and their scheduling system is outsourced and failed horribly. There was in issue every time they were scheduled to come. I caught Tabitha in a lie and she did nothing but call ME rude and try to cover her own butt as to not be seen as having messed up again. Booking the appointment, letting me know they were on the way (and on time!!!) listening to my needs and giving helpful suggestions! Bad Service and the owner will not take responsibility for the bad cleaning. In fact they won't take responsibility for bad service when someone post their experience about the service. My wife and I used them and the cleaning was bad and we asked for some help from management and they didn't want to take responsibility. So we just didn't use them again. We inquired about other cleaning services on nextdoor and great American cleaning responded and my wife gave them feedback that the service was bad and we would not use them again. Well great American cleaning service reported her for inappropriate language and nextdoor banned my wife from posting for a little while. I wish I could choose no stars! This company is horrible -- does a horrible job and is horrible to deal with. I hired this company for a move-out deep clean and they did not do many things that were on their own check list. The didn't clean the windows, baseboards, fans, blinds and I took many pictures to complain and the response was snarky and negative. They did offer to come back and asked me to be there to point out what needed to be re-done. My house was going on the market and I was out of time and certainly wasn't up for babysitting someone else's crew. I advised that I would NOT pay the full price since much of the work wasn't done and what was done was don't poorly. This feedback was received with more awful texts, defensive and threatening texts and emails. I would consider the amount of correspondence harassment and unprofessional!! read more

A couple of ladies came out..they happened to be sisters and they did a nice job! ..very detailed-orientated.

We scheduled them, and pre-paid, to do a final cleaning of our apartment right before turning in our keys that afternoon. The morning of the sent a txt message saying they couldn't make the scheduled time and could either do it in a couple hours (which was hours before the scheduled time) or two days later. I should've asked for a refund and hired someone else last minute but the lady assured me they did a great job and could work around the carpet cleaner who was scheduled to be there. When the lady's showed up they seemed very confused on what they needed to do and they actually put me on the phone with their boss to clarify that I just needed the deep clean. They did a good job on the bathrooms so they get a star for that. While cleaning one of the ladies went to move a glitter lava lamp and hand it to my husband. She actually dropped it and it shattered onto the wood floor. No big deal the lamp was being trashed anyway. However, the proceeded to mop and I was left with glitter everywhere! While they finished cleaning I stepped out into our stairwell where I stayed until they came out to leave and at that time I thanked them. When I came back inside I also noticed that under every fan they left dust balls which I went around and picked up. I was very unhappy with the end result of the clean. I reached out to the owner 4 days later after having time to get settled into our new place and calmed down a bit. I asked for a refund which she was very adamant on not giving any portion of. She then told me the cleaners said my husband dropped the lamp, which he most certainly did not, and that I told them they did a great job on a walk through which I never did. Also there was a very big language barrier and due to that conversation didn't happen. I told her that was not the truth and she continued to tell me that they didn't cancel my cleaning, I should've told them sooner so they could come back, and that there would be no refund. She offered a cleaning credit which I will never use because of the unreliability in scheduling, dishonesty with the cleaners, unsatisfactory cleaning, and poor customer service. Had they at least admitted they were in the wrong and been a little more compassionate this review may have been slightly better. read more
