The wifey met the three maids, a dude and two dudettes, and didn't get the friendly hello, but they did start on the job at hand. It's always difficult to have strangers in the house, so a friendly hello and perhaps introduction to who they were would of gone a long way. Especially since this was a first time out, it would of been nice if they would of taken a tour of the house and ask what area's needed specific attention, etc. You know, kinda of a "Hey thanks for giving us an opportunity, how can we impress you with our service" thing. Get to know ya before you get mounted...so to speak. The result of the cleaning was ok. And what I mean by that is it wasn't better than what we had been experiencing with our regular crew. The house had been cleaned every two weeks, so it was far from a huge mess, especially since Suzi always needs to clean up a little before the maids arrive. Something which I will never understand. We don't have any animals which includes kids, so it should of been a fairly straight forward job. Our house is approx 1800 Sq Ft for reference purposes. What was curious was the price. On our current arrangement we pay $80 every other week for two folks to come out, no contract, no fuss. With Austin All Maids, it's done by the hour and with three folks the cleaning came to $125. So for $45 more, we got pretty much the same result. We weren't provided an estimate, which would of been nice, but had the result been significantly different, it may have justified the cost. We don't feel like we were taken for a ride or anything, but the cost didn't justify the means. Perhaps if they would of first sent out an individual to do a review of the house and then quote us a price, we could of saved them the time and us $45, since I doubt we would of hired them knowing that going in.

The landlord was super happy with how crazy clean the place was and thanked us several times for having it cleaned so well on our moveout. He even talked to us about our deposit...!!!!! No stone was left unturned...fridge, oven, exhaust, windows, doors, floors...you name it, they hit it. It was so clean I made a little peepee in my pants. Angel cleaning review…read more I was the "actual customer". Owner hired sub contractors to come out and clean. She does "touch ups and the things to make home shine". The efforts by the subcontractors was subpar. Coming from military, the attention to detail on the service received was lacking. Mud and dust in door frames. Walls still had mud in areas where my dogs stayed and even other areas. When pointed out the owner stated that the wall was cleaned thoroughly. She said the dirt would not come off and would need paint. She is also referring to this in her post to my wife's post. However, I told her I would get some hot water and a rag to get it up. She came back by saying look I'll show you it won't come off. Once she started to clean the wall the mud was coming up. Also, after calling my wife due to just out right fruststion, she came and pointed another spot on a door that was dirty. Again the owner said it wouldn't come off. She then actually licked her finger in front of us and to our surprise was able to get the spot up. She the stated then "oh it is coming up". The only reason I am writing this is to clarify things and also provide the "actual customer" experience. This company was way more expensive then others I researched but the other reviews are what convinced me to use them instead of others. I don't know if it was a fluke on the company's end to how the experience was but if this is any indication of how they actually clean then you are better off doing it yourself. I passed inspection however am not guaranteed my deposit for my home. The company actual told me the reason I passed was they are going to clean it anyways for a house showing to sell home. I was lucky to have the company I rent from to be selling the home I rented. Also if you leave a bad review she will offer you a refund to remove post or she will "call the rental company and see how you like that". Obvious pay for post and if you don't agree threaten you with calling rental company. Oh and after inspection she was still cleaning the floor and agreed with inspector to finish cleaning and he would go ahead clear it. She sent two attempts for "additional cleaning after inspection" and "fail to pay for services". Again this was all after my wife's bad review. Attached are pictures for the claims of $50 each time. I'm sure there is a reason the company will come up with for the $50 extra trying to be claimed. She did however waive the fee to clean the stove which we did not put on self clean and to put items in fridge in a the bags of garbage I already had in garage. That cost extra is you have them bag trash apparently. There is suppose to be absolutely nothing in house. There is nothing on website discussing additional charges for bagging trash (which I would consider cleaners to put in with a service) but there was a note to put oven on self clean. Below is my wife's post if you'd like to review that but according to the owner she is not the "actual customer" so take it as you would like. Good look on your cleaner search and hopefully you have a pleasant experience whoever you choose. Attached are images judge for yourself. The images are after the sub contractors "cleaned the major stuff" and I was inspecting with the owner. Owner wanted me to point out unsatisfactory cleaning spots so she could clean them. It shouldn't be a customers job to tell them how to clean as they are a cleaning service. There is also no balance due. Owner is trying to threaten and collect after a bad review. No admission of unclaimed balances in the post, all services have been paid in full and company is still trying to collect extra stuff. Phone calls with owner offering me "to refund $50 to take bad review down " proved to me she will pay to have reviews. I will not acknowledge anymore post from the owner nor will I post anymore. This is left here for the people to review the business. Again good luck to however is looking for a cleaning company.

She explained her process and tried justifying why it wasn't ready. Also when I pointed something out she said that doesn't come off rubbed the area and the spot came off right away. She stay cleaning the house and we did pass inspection. After I left a review on google about my experience she began requesting $50. Update apparently she wasn't trying to request money. However she threatened to call rental company about my review. My rental company does not decide how I felt about the experience. Update 2: she was trying to request money. According to the request for staying after passing inspection. Just fit you were told by the rental company to finish cleaning which you have stated it's part of your service. Also if you are so confident about your service why do you keep updating your reply. It has been 7 times so far. I hope you may find closure and accept that you cannot control how people feel. They've done an amazing job with every type of clean they've done- Whether it's a move out, deep clean or biweekly maintenance. I was so happy that they service Round Rock as well as Austin when I moved up north. They've been amazing about communication too- if I drop them a line via email for anything, I get a response ASAP. I had high hopes for this company…read more.. A 3 person team showed up to do an initial deep clean of our 2 bedroom 2 bath single story house. We have no pets and minimal stuff/furniture. We always pick up so the cleaners can focus on deep cleaning and not shuffling paper and the such. After about 2.5 hours the main person came to knock on my office door to let me know they were almost done. A few minutes later I noticed they were all walking back to their car. I ran out after them asking if we could do a walk-through. The main person replied "Most peoples just trust us but a second pair of eyes never hurts." We checked the guest bathroom and there was a large, black scuff mark that was about 4 inches thick and 6 inches wide. I asked if they had cleaned the tub and the main person said that her helper had told her she cleaned it and that this mark must be permanent. I reached under my sink, took out a blue non-stick sponge, wet it with water, got into the tub with my bare feet and easily removed the black mark. ??? Did that helper even try?? I called the office and was told: "We don't like to make excuses but the main person as a trainer as this was a new team and they were being trained." I went ahead and paid over the phone feeling confused and disappointment. Being trained? So apparently the main person is supposed to be a mentor and training the new team... and yet she did not double check their work and just "trusts" the new team will do a good job or knows how to do a good job. Well, they didn't. They left a dirty tub. After I got off the phone with the office and the team had left I walked around the house with a more critical eye and found they also didn't dust the top of the fans, which I specifically asked them to do. They left cobwebs all over the living room mirror. And they didn't scrub the stove top (see image attached). And all this cost me $227.33!!! They say they guarantee their work... the office certainly didn't try to offer a re-do. I am incredibly disappointment and can not recommend this company.

When I called these guys for a deep clean, my house was in desperate need of it. I had fallen behind, and I felt terrible when people would come to visit because I'd do my best to clean, but it just felt like it wasn't enough. Coming home today felt like the biggest weight off of my shoulders.
