Mind you the service was done between 430 and 630 so after waiting a little bit longer, they were finally finished with the work I then went to pick up my Honda Civic after the owner showing me how good of a job they've done on a all black Tesla so I was expecting a really good service or at least the job to be done right I pick up my car and did an errand and was in a parking garage with amazing lighting so once I parked the car, I wanted to inspect the work a little bit better which then I noticed, if not all of the black plastic trim was completely scratched, which they have buffed over and then also sections of the paint completely scratched like I've noticed some high-end cars, but I didn't think that they would treat a mid range like this or even a first time customer I am not expecting a crazy, nice detail but at least a paint. Correction could've been done way better and could not have completely scratched up my whole car along with the trim. I am also in the customer service industry, and I take a lot of pride in the service that I provide, which I would expect a brand new shop to have the same thing in mind but no, apparently I was wrong there was residue of the buffing everywhere. I do a simple exterior/interior wash, or sometimes just the exterior. I usually come on weekdays. Today I went and got an exterior wash. The head person there was someone I hadn't seen. I said I just want an exterior wash, no problem. After they washed the car, I watched them dry it for about 2 minutes before he said it was done. I was surprised, but hey, maybe they move quick. Upon walking up to the car, there was still water on many parts of the car. The lower half, the bumpers, water coming from door sills and windows. When I asked if they can dry it more, the head person kept telling me "exterior wash, exterior wash" as if I was asking for them to do something outside of an exterior wash. He seemed annoyed that I pointed out areas that weren't wiped down. He wiped them down for me, but the attitude and improper treatment of a paying customer was not okay. I gave 3 stars because the other times I've been here, with the other person running it, they've done a good job. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning. Unless you're in a jam, I'd try someplace else before coming here.
