Being new, and my truck being so dirty, I chose the top-tier option and drove in and waited for the process to finish, backed out, at once I got home I saw a pretty damn dirty truck. I absolutely was not impressed by the new setup. I definitely don't expect it to be spotless, but all of my tires, the mudflaps, and the side rails were still completely dirty. Super disappointed because I didn't even get to the bare minimum clean.

So that morning, I stopped by Ralph's, did some shopping, and then brought my receipt to Magnolia Car Wash to get my car washed. Package #1 normally costs $26.99, but with the coupon on Ralph's receipt, you get $3 off and can get the car wash for only $23.99. On weekends, this place is always very busy with lots of cars and people. But since I went on a weekday morning, there weren't many cars, so my car wash was finished pretty quickly. I gave the employee who washed my car a $5 cash tip. However, later I noticed a very small brown spot right next to the driver's side window that hadn't been completely cleaned off. I would appreciate it if they could pay a little more attention to detail and make sure the car is thoroughly cleaned. Note : Plus : One of the biggest advantages of this car wash is that you can sit outside in the seating area and charge your cell phone while waiting for your car to be washed. On multiple occasions, my tire has hit the guide rail harder than it should, which is frustrating and concerning. On the other hand, Daniel does an outstanding job. He's attentive, gives clear directions, and consistently guides vehicles smoothly into the wash. The difference between the two employees is night and day.
