I did not end up using their service, despite that I am writing this review for Michelle. We called having a crack in our glass and she informed us they work with full window replacements and are unable to assist with glass repair. I was ready to end the call when Michelle asked if I would be open to a referral. I took down the information to a company that David, her boss, recommended for glass replacement and am highly satisfied with the work they did. I called everyone!! I needed 10 upstairs windows redone on a 34yr old, 2 story house. Noise reduction & hot/cold block were very important for me. I am amazed how many companies tried to rip me off...range from 10k to 17k and I guess my job wasn't big enough. Then I called Clear Concepts.....as soon as the receptionist ( yes a human) answered and I told her my needs and how annoyed I was she instantly assured me I called the right contractor. Family owned, David (owner) called me back quickly and listened to me...he apologized for treatment I received and re-assured me. Well it's been 1 month and I am so happy! I have a plastic roof on my patio and they took great care in not cracking it. My neighbors even commented how nice the crew was and the installation process was. I can finally sleep since I no longer hear the traffic as much and excited for summer, my other 2 rooms won't be a sauna!!! During the last sunny day, I even put my hand up to the window, it was cool to the touch despite having the sun beating down all day! Already gave his number to 3 of my neighbors. Very difficult to get a hold of anyone who could help you at this company. The lady on the phone says she doesn't know anything and can ask the team to call you when they have time. David king worked on my quote and said on Monday 10/7 he would get back to me with my quote either Thursday or Friday 10/11. I was on a very tight timeline. I never heard back! I followed up Monday. I finally get a text Tuesday afternoon, sorry I can't get you a quote until maybe end of this week or early next week. And now it's early November, he never even sent me anything or followed up. This company is a poor reflection on the window manufacturer Anlin. I never got to consider their products. Clear concepts completely failed me on their timeline, poor delivery/follow up, and failure to keep their word. read more

Well, it's raining again and after months of being ignored by Clear Concepts, my windows are leaking all over the place. CC: "It's the stucco. We'll have our stucco people get in touch with you." (No stucco people get in touch with me) So I pay someone to come repair the stucco, paper and flashing around the windows. Rain leaks through the windows. Yes, the ten year warranty on the windows expired LAST YEAR. I am willing to PAY to get them repaired or replaced, but all I get from CC is radio silence. These guys are great. They do a neat job, put plastic on everything so things do not get dusty and are willing to move things out of the way and back exactly where they belong when they are done. Polite and professional...which I wish I could say about the property management company for our building. Clear Concepts came and thought everyone knew the deal. Our "Property Manager" gave us no warning and we had no idea windows were being done. These guys showed up and barely anyone was home to get their windows done and the poor staff workers here had to explain to whoever was home what was going on and nobody knew nothing. The people representing this company kept cool and I'd honestly be very pissed at the property management company if I were the owner of Clear Concepts, because what could have taken 3 days is taking them about a week and a half due to the lack of coordination created by the "property management" company that doesn't know how to manage. A+ for the job and service they are doing and another A+ for putting up with this situation and doing so very politely. read more

After talking to four window replacement companies, we chose Clear Concepts Windows and Doors to replace 10 windows in our home. The written warranty was the primary reason, but the price was also good. We were hoping for noise reduction and less heat/cold loss, as well as improving the look of our home. I purchased 4 windows on 2/20/07. All was good. Jason, the salesman was fantastic... Approximately 4 months ago, I contacted David King. My sliding glass door was creating water on both sides of the molding on the inside of my house. After he spent at least 2 hours trying to figure out problem, he determined that the 2 water drains were clogged, and that was creating the issue. He told me he could have 1 of his employees replace the 2 pieces of molding for $75. I agreed... It has now been since 11/15/2021 and he has never called to schedule the said work... I did call him a few weeks ago to inquire, but he was very abrasive on the phone, as his son was very ill (I hope he is well). I've never heard from him again... His customer service is substandard, and I would not let them back in my house... Coincidentally, I am getting bids on replacing all my windows, as my house is now 29 years old. I would never consider using their services, as they do not respect the customers issues after the sale... BUYER BEWARE... read more
