Previously we had a soft water system but we had issues with it. We have 7 people in our house with lot's of laundry and showers and the previous system would run out of soft water and we would have to recycle the water manually. This kineitico system has two tanks for ample soft water. Now, our good drivers have been replaced with... well... I don't know who these guys are. You order Alhambra, and they try to bait and switch you by delivering Pure Life, which I can buy at the grocery store for half the price. I called customer service and waited 20 minutes on hold and was told they would replace what they delivered. The driver showed up and once again, dropped off Pure Life. Wasting a valuable work morning on the phone with them again for another 45 minutes. Supposedly they are going to refund this incorrect order and try to call the driver back out here to replace. We'll see if this happens. Either way... I'm stuck with Pure Life while I wanted the Alhambra brand that I wanted? Why are they pushing this crap brand on me? My wife and I have wasted hours on the phone and yet we're at the same place we were three months ago. Total nightmare. How is this not theft? How are their actions not criminal? The fact that so many others have had similar experiences makes me wonder if there are grounds for an investigation or a class action lawsuit. What are they doing with everyone's money? If you're considering opening an account, tread carefully! Do your homework and read the other reviews about them (here and elsewhere). I wish we had paid attention to the warning signs and run the opposite direction.
