Previously we had a soft water system but we had issues with it. We have 7 people in our house with lot's of laundry and showers and the previous system would run out of soft water and we would have to recycle the water manually. This kineitico system has two tanks for ample soft water. The drinking water is a reverse osmosis with filters and does an excellent job with tasty water and does a better job than our previous system. Highly recommended.

Now, our good drivers have been replaced with... well... I don't know who these guys are. You order Alhambra, and they try to bait and switch you by delivering Pure Life, which I can buy at the grocery store for half the price. I called customer service and waited 20 minutes on hold and was told they would replace what they delivered. The driver showed up and once again, dropped off Pure Life. Wasting a valuable work morning on the phone with them again for another 45 minutes. Supposedly they are going to refund this incorrect order and try to call the driver back out here to replace. We'll see if this happens. Either way... I'm stuck with Pure Life while I wanted the Alhambra brand that I wanted? Why are they pushing this crap brand on me? Alhambra used to be a really good company. It's sad to see them become part of such a shady company.

Next delivery I made sure my order was 4, and I put out 9 empties. Driver delivered 9 which is 18 weeks worth (3 months!) I messaged through the website and was told "sorry for any inconvienience, if you don't have room, we can pick up, BUT CAN'T CREDIT YOU". Citing health code reasons they can't resell them. I think the least they could do is defer the billing 2 months. All their fault, All my problem. I just canceled my account as I used up my water, and not trusting them, took my stuff to them to turn in. I have to say as "No Customer Service" the parent corp is, Gus at the Salinas location is a true gem. I can't stress what a good experience I had. What a great guy. I hope they realize how valuable he is.
