Since I have a high deductible and would literally have to pay for the whole thing myself if it cracked, told them, without question, that if they felt they couldn't do it without causing an actual crack, NOT to do it. They insisted they could and told me that this is something they do a lot and 1 in a million go wrong after looking at the tiny pencil sized chip and they would make it right if they did. I should have known something was off when initially I couldn't even get him to get out of the chair to confirm until he had my insurance information...? In other words, this was a SCAM. Then he put the most junior guy on it and well, you guessed it. They broke my windshield. Then told me I just need to pay my 1000$ deductible and they would fix it... as if we never spoke! Complete Bait and Switch. I tried to call customer service, even went to talk with the Supervisor. It was pointless. I have a 1000$ bill to fix a broken windshield now due to this business. I even went to the BBB for some help here and other then their rating being negatively affected (which by the Stars here you can see, makes no difference to them), you take your chances, but better with ANY other window repair quality service, because this isn't it. I shared this with my Corp as well as I lead a network here in the State of a few thousand employees and its the least I could do as well as this review. I started with filing a claim with my insurance but their usual contractor didn't have any appointments for the next two weeks. I started looking on yelp for glass repair shops and Bill was the first one who replied and, in my opinion, the best one! I had another shop who replied but was only doing windshield replacements, and finally a third shop replied the day AFTER Bill fixed my windshield. Bill was extremely professional and skilled. He came out to service my windshield in just a couple days from my initial quote. He was on time, remained courteous, and worked quickly. After he was done, the rock chip was almost invisible. Great work. He also came prepared with the invoice for my insurance! A seamless transaction. Definitely keeping Bill in my phone book for next year!

It was over 90 degrees and I was not about to let it spread, so the husband started calling to places around Olympia as we were nearing the city. The first quote was for a place in Chehalis that had no website and 0 reviews. $80. The second place had good reviews. They couldn't fit us in. We called Jesse and he said come on in. $40. Sold! It's a nice little shop just off the freeway (101 or 5, I can't remember). Jesse was helping another customer but got to us as quick as he could. Came out to check out the chip and immediately had his co-worker bring my car to the back to cool down. Jesse explained the process and what we could do to maintain the repair. He said it would take at least 25 minutes because the glass was hot and had to cool down. We were offered cold bottled water. We chilled out on the big sofa. It was a crappy situation to be there, but it turned out to just be a nice detour. The crack was fixed and you can hardly tell it's there. No sun shade for this window's future!
