It was a little longer then planned but that's because of the tool issue and finding two ball joints for my year. Either way they always have treated me right an are honest. That's the most important when having a car serviced. I'd rather know I need this an that instead of them just overlooking it for my pockets sake. I prefer safety over money anyway this is the 3 year they have worked on my cars and I recommend them to anyone who asks. I'm not saying they're perfect because it doesn't exist at any shop it's impossible so I don't care what anyone says they have always been a great company. I had two lift kits installed by yipes in two different Jeep Wranglers . Both kits were installed…read moreincorrectly and my sway bars were practically disconnected. A bunch of other parts were not on correctly and or not tightened. Jack the owner was very decent to deal with unfortunately the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Speaking about the hourly pay rate in front of customers was unacceptable to me. Also my 18 year old son was told $500 for his lift to be done. They called him and told him it would now be $800 after they had the vehicle there and half torn apart. I explained to the owner this was unacceptable and he adjusted the bill to $628.51 still more than the agreed amount but I had no choice ...When rough country calls for 3.5 hours for a do it yourself at home job. I took my business elsewhere and gladly spent $5,600 in upgrades and another $100+ to fix the lift that was incorrectly installed by yipes.
