OK, I know it's taken me over four months to write this review! That's because my glasses are so amazing when I put them on, it was like seeing for the FIRST TIME! CLEAR VIEW OPTOMETRY is Magic! I have been wearing glasses since the 7th grade, and squinting to see the chalkboard at school, since third. Way to go Mom & Dad . . . . Anyway, I've been to lots of Optometrists. I'm turning 65, and Dr. Zubi gave me an eye examination that just Blew My Mind. You think I'm exaggerating, but no. When you are as blind as I am and you experience an exam where the doctor actually is giving you feedback, and you are experiencing confidence during eye exam, it is so unfamiliar and wonderful. It's sort of hard to explain . . . you know, when the doctor is saying, "is this one better or this one better?" Totally different with Dr. Zubi; he made me feel certain. I've NEVER felt certain all the time during one of those exams through the whole thing IN MY LIFE. He has this passion for his gift. I came out of there knowing I had had the best eye exam in my life. Dr. Zubi said I may have to get used to the new prescription because it had changed so much. However, when I got my glasses it was like I could finally SEE! I thought I had Night Blindness. I don't have night blindness, I just had a shitty prescription. I CAN SEE AT NIGHT. I CAN DRIVE AT NIGHT. Dr. Zubi is my Super Hero. He is the best. Experience Dr. Zubi! The staff is incredible as well; all of them. Houston took me through all the preliminary tests before the exams. He was amazing and thorough and funny. Stacey went way beyond the call of duty to get me my frames. She is just amazing as well, so knowledgeable, and funny. I am so near sighted, but she found a way to make the lenses look even better. She's the best! Emily and Bella were there for me too. The whole staff has great energy and the office has the most up-to-date equipment, and fantastic selection of frames. This was my second visit to this location. On both occasions scheduling my exam was easy- I was able to get a same day appointment. Parking was a breeze. Two people greeted me and offered to assist me. I waited 2 minutes for my eye exam, which was very thorough. The service in selecting my eyewear was very helpful and overall everyone was friendly. With so many eyeglass options, such professional, prompt and friendly care, why would I trust my eye care are with any other optometrist? read more

Absolutely horrible office policies. Measured a bifocal wrong and want to use our warranty to fix it when it's on them. They didn't even explain any type of warranty to us and we bought 3 pairs of glasses there. When asked about it was just told that's the policy and that's it. They said when I signed the paper I agreed to the office policy that was never explained to any of us!!! Never go there again!! read more

I've been coming to this place for years and it's always extremely uncomfortable going in. The employees are not welcoming, almost feels like they don't want you there. They also made me book an appointment to pick up my contacts for the following week even though my perception was ready and paid for.... it would have taken me no longer than two minutes to walk in and pick them up. read more

I love this place. My son and I have been coming here for years. All the doctors are so nice and caring, the staff is amazing and the selection is up-to-date. They have the cutest frames for women and brands like L.A.M.B, Tiffany & Co, and Prada. I recommend this optometry to anyone looking for a great eye doctor. read more

So for the past 10 years I've been using a different optometrist but I relocated recently and was not sure about trusting someone else with my baby blues. However clear view optometry knocked it out of the park for me! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Daniel Krall had the best patient approach I've ever seen. He took his time to educate me about my contact use which in the last 7 years no optometrist has done. He reviewed any and all questions with me and I never felt rushed by him or the staff. He made jokes to keep the appointment light and friendly. I would recommend this office to everyone! I am so happy that I found them. Give this office a try, you won't regret it! Called to ask for my prescription. My own personal patient information. They wouldn't give it to me. I told them I don't want/need a signed prescription. I just wanted my own patient information. They said they'd email it to me. They didn't. They refused to give it over the phone. I contacted them again another way. No response. I won't be back. They lost a customer over a stupid thing. Been coming here for almost 1-2 years. Referred here by a friend. Friendly staff. I like how they're "up to date" with the text friendly appointment reminders. Wide range of selection of eye glasses. Spacious. Clean, as it should be. There's a tv available to advertise. Didn't want long every time. I even got my mom to switch here to this optometrist. By far, the best optometry experience I've ever had. Dr. Dan Krall was great and he is super witty and incredibly knowledgeable. He was very professional and informative. Then, when it came to choosing glasses, Melissa was awesome too. She was very patient with my indecisiveness and pickiness when choosing glasses. She even did some research on other color options and designs. Overall, it was a great experience. I wish my insurance would allow me to get more eye exams. I'd come all the time. read more

Today was my second visit as part of my first time as a patient. Dr. Krall was very patient with me and is taking the time to make sure I am fitted for the best contacts for my eyes. I feel like he really cares about the health of my eyes. I also wear progressives and Michael was also very patient with me and even brought me different glasses to try on. Michelle assisted me from check in to end and she's so kind and helpful. My appt was on a Friday at 5:40 pm and my glasses were ready the next morning. Place an order for a frame and they ordered the wrong one. Came back to place another order for the correct frame and after they checked if it was in stalk they waited 2 weeks to tell me it wasn't available. Their customer service is horrible. It's been over a month of back and forth with them. I spent $500 and didn't even get what I payed for. This place is horrible. I've came here for over 5 years and I've never had a problem. I love this Optometry office! They are super friendly and so helpful with any questions or regards that I have I've been going to them since they were located in Victoria Gardens and they never fail to exceed my expectations for a optometrist office! I go in to see Dr. Daniel Krall every time he's amazing and hilarious! I recently went in to talk about LASIK and he was phenomenal! I was nervous about this so I had a ton of questions and he gracefully answered them all! I love this place! Dr. Daniel Krall is seriously amazing at what he does! It's so refreshing to actually have a doctor who is humorous, personable and all around witty. He's super knowledgeable too. I came in with a problem with my old contact lenses and he diagnosed the problem within seconds and got me set up with a new brand of lenses that feel like they're not even there. I have been a patient of Dr. Zhu's since she was at Victoria Gardens. I used to go to Len's Crafters next door but they stopped accepting my insurance so I booked an appt. with Dr. Zhu and she corrected my last prescription from Len's Crafters and it was great. She's great, her staff is great. They are friendly young ladies and are so helpful when looking for glasses. I have a large wide head and they do their best to help me each year I go in for a visit! By far the best experience I have had in a long time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I called in and was seen same day. My eye was really painful so I wanted to be seen ASAP. I called several other places and they were all rude about it and didn't seem to have any compassion, my eye felt like there was glass in it. I was greeted and filled out paperwork in a few mins and was seen before the appointment time they promised. Dr Zubi was very thorough polite and knowledgable. He took his time to check me out completely and then explained what he found wrote me a prescription and was on my way. Thank you so much to Dr Zubi and his staff. Clear View Optometry did not give me clear vision. Ironic right? Good selection on eyewear. People are pleasant. The staff lack attention to detail, and sometimes common sense. There may have been 2 people that I found that were more capable. The doctor made a recommendation, but seemed to lack experience for what she recommended. I had a terrible experience... been wearing glasses and contacts for almost 20 years, and this is probably the worst experience ever. My prescription it's wrong too. They even over charged me, and I honestly had such a bad experience that I don't care to go back for my balance... They are adequate for the basic eye exam, glasses, and contacts if you are not looking for people to pay attention/decent customer service. If you need anything more than basic or common sense, I would not recommend. I suppose I souls have yelped this place before walking in. Yelpers know better than to settle for 3.5 stars... read more
