I was disappointed and upset with my first experience. Arman contacted me and offered a full refund. I was taken back. No excuses he just said "I'm going to take care of you, don't worry. I'll give you full refund." No excuses, no sales tactics, just a call saying he's going to take care of me. Just wow. I ended up loosing the pants to the suit. Because how he handled all this, I was going to just go purchase another pants. But he ended up giving me a full refund anyway and told me to keep the top because I can still make an awesome wardrobe with it by pairing with different color bottom. He was right. I ended up buying a suit I wanted from him. I mean how can I go somewhere else at this point. Although it wasn't even an expensive suit that I purchased, he treated me like I was his VIP client. Communication was excellent on every level: email, phone, text, both before and after our project. We spent one day working on my residence doing a mix of re-organization, furniture arrangement, decluttering, and feng shui analysis and planning, whatever was appropriate for the circumstance. At the end of the day, I had a full carload of items and furniture to donate, recycle or sell and, shockingly, a brand new home office that was completely unrecognizable from the morning. My former junk storage rooms and closets are now used more practically and mindfully. All my expectations were exceeded. I love my apartment. It's a small apartment near the beach, and I feel comfortable in it. But I…read moreknew that it was time for a good spring cleaning. So I wanted to declutter my crammed closet and get things more organized. I heard from a neighbor that a friend in El Porto was a decluttering consultant, and we connected from the first moment. She gave me a great package deal, and we worked together for two days. I have to say that my closet is awesome now. I only have clothes in there that I feel good wearing. This makes it SO much easier to get dressed in the morning and to quickly put together nice outfits! I am now considering doing the same with my kitchen. It saves so much time and just makes you feel a lot better! She was great at figuring out what was of value to me. She did this by asking me specific questions and bringing it out. She even finished up with some Feng Shui suggestions (which I implemented), and my apartment actually feels so different even if I initially didn't think much of it. It's pretty incredible.
