The 4 racquetball courts are fully functional with all ceilings lights working. Rare in NY, NJ and Fl. There are ample hand wipe stations that are placed throughout and always stocked. Thank you to their stellar maintenance personnel. The steam room is alive and working. The sauna is hot, hot, HOT!!! The dumbbells stay in the weight area and are reracked. No treasure hunt needed. The members are chill. The front desk - happy, warm and on the ball. There is lots of free and convenient parking. The best - the GM Jeremiah - we had a situation on Thursday 01/01/25 where a racquetball player from Chino collapsed on the court. Jeremiah stepped up - the ambulance was there in less than 2 minutes and the FD in 4. He stayed with our friend and us throughout and ensured all was well. He reached out to the member at home and updated us on his condition and status today. Jeremiah consistently gets a trophy for top sales in the area/region.
