Well, to start we have had clear defense pest control for about 6-9 months or so, and we're happy with them. Recently we have had a problem with ants. Not thousands, or even hundreds, but ANY ants inside your house is too many. Our service technician today was Christian Morales. He was, in a word, fantastic ! He listened to our problem, and treated accordingly. He did a spray treatment throughout, and then moved outside and did a thorough outside treatment. He did a both a spray and sprinkled granules about. This should alleviate any problem with the ants. Christian was both very polite and professional. I could not be happier with his service today ! I just had two technicians, Darell and David, out to my house, and a more professional and polite team would be hard to find. With Darell tackling the inside and David caring for the outside, they quickly completed a thorough job. They even got the cobwebs out of the eves. This was their second visit, and we are noticing a huge difference. Every visit from Clear Defense has been great, from pointing out how the creepy crawlies are getting into the crawlspace to giving my three and 5-year-old a bug-themed early reader alphabet book. My technicians (Jon & Daniel @ CDPL) were very professional, friendly and informative. Since using Clear defense for our new home CDPC has went the extra mile to handle my concerns. If I have a concern or needed them to come out they were on top of it. When we moved in we had a big problem with large bugs and spiders. They came out to get it under control. I am very happy with their service. My house was being overrun with ants. Seriously bordering on horror flick. Clear Defense came out within hours of my calling. They doused my home inside and out for all pests. The technicians were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Normally they schedule a second visit 6 weeks out, but due to the severity of the ant infestation, they came back in 2 weeks. The ants had just returned the same day. Antonio was out today. I mentioned to him a few bugs found in the bathroom and showed him a picture of it. He immediately recognized the bug and treated the bathroom. That was all that was needed on the inside. He cleared the outside of the house of spider webs, including the garage and put down some traps, laid down granuals in the yard and sprayed the outside of the house, He explained all his findings and made a few suggestions. I have been using Clear Defense pest control for almost a year now and they always impress. Darell and David were my technicians this month and did a great job. What impressed me this time was Darell taking the time to point out some damage being caused by carpenter bees.
