Long post here but here we go. I initially signed up for Urbanex and was pleased. At the time I had…read moreseveral dogs and I requested that no one come when I was gone and to never come in the back yard without me being there. My requests fell on deaf ears amd because a service person came while I was gone, this started a dog fight inside my home. The service person called me to let me know. When I got home, my house was a mess, covered in blood and one dog was so injured he had to be euthanized. On another occasion I awoke to a brown recluse bite on my finger so I tried to call and cancel. They wanted a 200 early termination fee and 250 for the continued billing. At this time, they call me 2-3 times a day and it is just harassment. I am a disabled Iraqi vet and I have decided to just bite the bullet and hire an attorney to deal with them because after all Ive been through because of Urbanex's lack of professionalism, I refuse to pay another dollar. My finger caused extreme pain for a month and I'm still broken over how my dog lived out his last moments.

Two fast talking, young men came to my door to sell this pest control service. They played off of…read moreeach other saying what one would want to here, such as, you get money off for being in a service members family, you get a discount on the first service and so on. Told me it would be $50 for the first treatment and that I could pay $55 a month or pay in full, which would include another discount. I told them that after the first service that I would decide if I wanted to pay monthly or in full. They told me regular price was $650 a year but would be $550 for me with the discounts. The first charge was $50 as promised which was changed to $100 after they decided to charge my card $650, without my permission. I tried to log back into my account which now says it does not exist. There are no contact numbers either. They take advantage of older adults by confusing the situation with there fast talk and promises that are just not true. UPDATE: I was finally able to talk with someone (Monica) who fixed this whole problem. She refunded what they promised and helped me to access my account. Older adults are not ignorant but sometimes it takes a minute or two to process what was being said. Maybe some updated training would be helpful. The need to review what was said before taking the money would be good! Thank you, Monica for your help. I'm changing the stars to 5!!
