What have always costed no more than $25 elsewhere, I was charged $60 here. Cant help but feel like she just pulled that price from thin air especially because it wasn't until I went to pick my dress up days later, that there was an actual price list for alterations which showed that what I requested should have costed $30... $40 at the very most. I have been a customer for 8 years. Generally good-to-great service (not everyone there has the same customer service standards, however). The staff has not changed much, which is always a good sign. They do have same-day cleaning if dropped off before 11am. They have a parking lot, which makes it very convenient. I have used their tailor service a number of times in the past but no longer do as their tailor service is just AWFUL. Misaligned buttons on shirts, buttons poorly sewed on that fall off weeks from being replaced, cuffs of jackets coming undone, etc. I have had to have work redone a couple of times. I just take my tailor service elsewhere and only use their dry cleaning and shirt laundry services. DO NOT USE THEIR TAILOR. He can be rather moody anyway. Minus 1 star (really 1.5) for their tailor. 10% discount if pre-paid is EXCELLENT. I wish other companies would catch on to this. They accept credit cards, which is great. Their hours can be a little restricting at times, but generally not a problem. I do have cleaners that area closer to me but I will continue to do business here, even if it is a little more expensive than other cleaners nearby as they generally do very good work. read more

I've been going to this cleaners since I became an officer 2004. Sad to say I'll never come to this place again. Any officer knows that you have to zip up your jacket before roll call. I come to pick up my jacket and my zipper is completely torn off. I was told it was like this and they noticed it after I left. I said well why didn't you call me got a complete blank stare.The owner totally ran away like a snake and said nothing. The worst dry cleaners. I brought in a dress to be dry cleaned for a wedding i was attending. The dress had alot of beads so they told me they might not be able to do it. They told me they would call me if they couldn't. I did not receive a call so i assumed all was well. I went to pick pick it up when i was supposed to but it was not done. First of all they couldn't find the dress for about 10 minutes then when they did it was in a bag crumbled up in the most unprofessional way. I am so disappointed with their service. I had to find another place that would do it for me in less than 24 hours so i would have it ready. To add on, I had brought in other items in the past to get fixed by the tailor, but he always finds an excuse as to why he can't do it. Either it's alot of work or to him it's impossible. I put my shirt in here for dry cleaning which cost almost 6 dollars for a shirt it came back as if it wasn't cleaned and they did not even bother to take the lint off of the shirt and on top of that the lady behind the counter has such a nasty attitude and her facial expression's are as if she is mad at the world they are not friendly at all and charge you for the roof and treat their customers as disposable will never return read more
