When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they had cancelled it because they supposedly never received my credit card information. What made the experience especially upsetting was the complete lack of empathy or professionalism from the front desk staff. Before I was even informed that I would not be seen, neither person at the desk would make eye contact or engage with me respectfully. There was no apology, no attempt to problem-solve, and no acknowledgment that I had waited two months for this appointment. I understand offices have policies, but I have honestly never encountered this kind of system with another doctor's office. And if their online form failed to register information that was entered correctly, that seems like a process issue they should seriously consider addressing. Ironically, my daughter previously had a negative experience here as well. She found the front desk staff rude, and she was prescribed medication after specifically asking about side effects. She was told there were none, yet later experienced side effects that were clearly listed online for that medication. At this point, I'm mostly disappointed and sad that after waiting so long, I now have to start over and find another dermatologist. read more

The first time we were in I wasn't sure if we would be back because it didn't seem like reception was used to dealing with kids however, once we met Jessica in the back, she was wonderful with children and we had to come back for a follow up visit the person who was working the front desk was different and really awesome! read more

This is what I posted on Google: The medical part of the visit was OK, more or less routine. But setting up the appointment was painful because of the crappy software. I picked a date, time, and specialist. Then the web site wanted me to fill out multiple pages of information, including sending confirmation texts etc. By the time I was done with that, the appointment time was gone. The software failed to save it while I was filling out all these forms. So I ended up with an appointment at a much less convenient time. Then when I arrived, they wanted me to sign SIX different forms, releases, etc. As a lawyer, I would estimate at least two hours to review all these forms. I did not want to waste more of my time so I "signed" them with the usual squiggle on a iPad. They mean very little as the patient is given no time to review them. And I am pretty sure I already signed them during the lengthy process on the web site when I set up the appointment. This is what happens when software is written by the lowest bidder, probably in some third-world country. This is the response from the owner Thanks for your thoughts Michael. There is something very wrong with Clearview Dermatology. I had an appointment with a doctor there and she wrote a prescription for me at a New York pharmacy. She said this prescription was not available in the Denver area and that this pharmacy would call me and mail me my prescription. So, I waited and waited and waited and finally contacted this New York pharmacy myself. They told me I could pick up my prescription at their New York location anytime. I told them that I was told they would mail it to me and they told me they couldn't ship out of state. They also said this certain prescription was widely available everywhere. Guess what? It is widely available everywhere! So, what was the point? Seems very fishy to me AND it took a lot of my time to sort out when this prescription could have been sent to my local Walgreens. After that, I accidentally missed an appointment. When I realized it, I called and apologized and rescheduled. Then, I was told that I owed them a no show fee. Ummmmm no! You wasted my time deliberately and you're going to charge me an extravagant $95 no show fee? No. I think I'll send you a bill for wasting my time chasing after a widely available prescription I could have picked up same day at my local Walgreens. This is a dishonest business practice especially since this practice is privately owned by a limited liability company. This means that these "no show fees go directly into the pocket of the owner and due to his "limited liability" he has absolutely no financial responsibility for this company. He just rakes in the dough at the patient's expense. Shame on you! Expect an invoice from me for my time. read more

I was so happy to find two very pleasant offices, but when Dr. Overman requested that I drive to the other office when I experienced trouble after this very simple biopsy procedure, I was aghast. When I took off their bandage, this is what I saw for a simple biopsy, he also had the woman named Vanessa relay a message to me that he would no longer see me because he only wanted to deal with those who have cancer. I have had squamous and basal cell cancer in the past, but it appears he wants others on his staff to diagnose And THEN he will see me-he did this cutting. I totally agree with negative reviews here. I definitely got the feeling that he can do more business if he pushes people off to his nurse practitioners, medical assistants. We pay the same whether we see him or them. read more

I highly recommend this office to family & friends! I've seen both Dr. Overman and Diana Pencheva for hair loss and soon to be chemical peels. They are both thorough and listen carefully. I've already seen improvements in hair growth in just 2 sessions of PRP. There's never a wait and their office is super nice and all the MAs are very thorough! They don't try to sell you treatments like a lot of places do. Prices are reasonable for the services they offer. The best part is that they accept insurance too! I am a super particular person and it usually takes me a few years to find the right doctor for my needs in any area, but finding a dermatologist was extremely easy! The only complaint that I have is that they do send a lot of text & email reminders for upcoming appts and to leave a review via google. Wow! I was seriously impressed with this dermatology office. Super nice facility. Clean and state of the art. The front desk, PAs, and Doctor Braunberger were all very nice. Most importantly, I was in and out. No serious wait time anywhere in the process. And they didn't try to upsell me on more treatments. Dr. Braunberger just addressed the issues I asked her to address and sent me on my way. Yet she willingly addressed things I brought up at the appointment that I didn't list when making the appointment. My primary care physician refuses to see me for issues that I didn't make an appointment for so it was really nice of her to take the extra time. read more

I went to the Dakota Ridge location, and here is my review: I recently had two procedures done by Diana Pencheva, NP at Clearview Dermatology, and my experience has been very disappointing. Despite undergoing the procedures, I was provided with *no* aftercare instructions whatsoever. This lack of guidance has now left me dealing with a large scab on my nose, which could have potentially been avoided had I received proper instructions on how to care for the area post-procedure. I expect better care and communication from a medical professional, and I regret trusting Clearview Dermatology with my skin health. 3 strikes and out Very inappropriate with my teenage daughter. Their skin cancer checks are a joke. For someone who has had some low level cancer removals they should be more interested in looking at your skin Lastly didn't do appropriate prep and education for a laser. Cancelled my procedure after I was at clinic for 45 min. Appears only MAs were around. Not a provider in site. Maybe the empty waiting room was a sign. I went here with my husband in February of 2024 and paid in full. I am still getting texts, phone calls, and mailed invoices saying I have an outstanding balance. I have spent about 5 hours on the phone with their office and billing team. Each time they say it was an error on their end and they will fix it. A week later we get another call and have to start from square one. It's an internal issue that has wasted a lot of our time. It's unfortunate because the office experience was fine but we will not be coming back due to the lack of organization. read more

Despite the bad reviews, I've been coming here up to 5 months and I've always felt welcome and more knowledgeable when I leave. I don't feel rushed but the appointments do go fast. It's great if you need to get somewhere after, me and my mum love that about this place. When I ask about an issue they always take care in what they say and give good explanation!
