A significant amount of materials we purchased for the project, including tile, paint, and three ceiling light fixtures, were not returned or accounted for. When we attempted to reconcile materials, we were unable to get clear or consistent answers. Materials (we purchased) were also requested well in advance of when they were actually needed, and the materials used on site often did not match what we had purchased for the project. This, combined with the lack of clear accounting, raised concerns about how materials were being handled across jobs. Word of advice: ask which dumpster company they will be using/timeline to pick up the material, and make sure when the dumpster is placed that there are large plywood sheets under the legs to spread the weight and prevent driveway damage.
