After answering my questions, he got straight to work, and finished in a timely manner. I really appreciate the before and after pictures, as well as offering reminder texts when it's time for the next cleaning. He also offers bird netting to protect your panels, and he offered a very generous bundle price if we decided to add on the bird netting during our next cleaning. We had 30 panels across 4 separate arrays with heavy nesting and an old chicken wire setup that a previous guy had improperly nailed straight into the roof. Bernardo worked through brutal summer heat, stripped off all the old wire, meticulously filled in all the nail holes with sealant to prevent water damage, cleared out all the nasty debris underneath, and installed the new 17-gauge mesh with proper clips. It ended up taking much longer than a standard job due to how bad the mess was, but Bernardo communicated everything clearly, stayed transparent on the extra time needed, and didn't cut a single corner. The panels look spotless and the roof is finally protected the right way. Huge thanks to Reuben and Bernardo!
