So I communicated with Kevin from Pigeon Proofing Pros and scheduled a solar cleaning and bird proofing for today 8/25/26. After no follow up on his part Kevin arrived to my family home and we asked if he uses non mineralized water so the solar panels wont mess up with deposit or build up. Kevin said no that it was on the advertisement. (Not the one I seen) Please note I didn't see anything on the advertisement stating that he uses regular water. We denied his service and then he told my daughter to go fuck off before before she closed the door. Now in my opinion no one should have to deal or give business to a person that cusses out there daughter or the home owner at their own home because of a disagreement. Kevin then texts me and want compensation. Text messages attached... As the yelp viewers can read Kevin did acknowledge cussing at my daughter which is a juvenile by the way not an adult. No matter how you look at it Kevin nobody wants a person coming to their home and cussing out anyone because it could of taken a whole different route if I wasn't in the shower. I just want my roof and panels to be cleaned without the damage to the panels! Be respectful always and learn with this because it will come bite you one day, maybe now? Let the Yelp viewers decide if they want a person like you to mess up there panels and or be disrespectful. Ps... PHENOMENAL!!! I live in a new housing community in hemet and it is infested with flying rats! (Pigeons of course) They love to nest under the solar panels, poop on the top and sides of our homes, and wake us up at 4 am with incessant cooing! That's where Kevin comes in. He serves those trash birds with a proper eviction notice and gives them the boot for good! Bird wires, bird spikes, getting rid of the nest, washing away all the poop, cleaning the panels... he did the works! Pigeon Proofing Pros (Kevin & one other person with him that morning) is. a. life saver! First off, I wrote in our community FB group about a previous pigeon / bird proofing company we hired for our home completely scam the crap out of us & to stay away. Kevin quickly reached out & not only apologized for our experience with that company, but offered to stop by our house to see if the work that company did was actually good / decent. Kevin told us that they half assed most of the work & that he would happily fix it & do better. At the time, we couldn't hire Kevin on because we were still trying to make up for what happened with the last company. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago when we saw some swallows building a nest at the highest point of our house, where my husband would be unable to take their nest down. My husband suggested I reach out to Kevin to see if he'd be able to assist us with that. Kevin messaged us back so quickly & said he does that type of work & that he would stop by next day to check it out. He did exactly just that. Absolutely amazing!!! We have the worst pigeon problems in our area and the other company i usually went with wasn't getting back to me so I decided to try Yelp and came across pigeon pros!! Soo glad I did, I was literally sweeping and rinsing pigeon poop off my cement daily and ever since he came out and installed the pigeon wire we barely see anything!! I'm a teacher, and PPP offers a teacher discount which was awesome. We had pigeons nesting under our solar panels, and were constantly on our roof. Kevin cleaned all the poop from the roof (it was a lot), screened off our solar panels and added bird wire to the roof. The wire works like spikes, but almost invisible.
