We had to act as project managers just to get the work corrected. * Unprofessional behavior in our home. Employees complained about us, mocked our requests, and admitted themselves they "couldn't believe" the state of the work. * Payment bait-and-switch. We chose this company because they promised full credit card payment with no fee. They changed policy mid-project and refused to honor the agreement. When we escalated to management and even the owner, we were brushed off and told no refund or adjustment would be given. They did finish the work, but only after we managed the project and audited their work for an extra 8 months. Save yourself the stress, time, and money -- hire someone else.

Nick did an excellent job overseeing the project from start to finish. Communication was outstanding, the installation was scheduled as promised, and his attention to detail gave us confidence that everything would be done correctly. The installation crew replaced all 20 windows in just two days. Sixteen of those windows had existing custom Norman wood plantation shutters that remained in place during the installation, which saved us considerable time and expense. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and did an excellent job cleaning up each day before leaving. After installation, we discovered a few windows that needed adjustment. Eugene came out promptly, diagnosed the issue with the balances, and corrected everything. The windows now operate exactly as they should. It was reassuring to see Wilson stand behind their work and resolve the issues quickly. We've already noticed a significant difference in comfort, especially in our southwest-facing rooms, which stay noticeably cooler during the afternoon than they did with our original windows. They eventually fixed the locking issue but the gap has been a nightmare to deal with. Ignored emails & phone calls & then finally a service call. They suggested a drinking straw inside the weatherstripping to solve the problem. More emails & calls & eventually another service call to install heavier weatherstripping. They did not use a heavier product, but simply installed the same weatherstripping moving outwards slightly, leaving a bigger gap & more light shining thru. Poor installation, ignored emails, ineffective service visits & still no resolution. If Greyhawk resolves this issue properly I will be happy to update this review.
