Well we originally bought glasses at the clearVision in summerlin but when I came to pick them up they just handed them to me they didn't see if the prescription as right, which it wasn't or anything they told me to wear s week then come back but I knew immediately they were wrong. So Saturday we went to the clearVision on w Sahara and Justin couldn't have been nicer it as right before a holiday and we were going on a trip so I told him no rushing so he measured the glasses again as the bifocal was way off then resent them in for me and I changed the transition color as the other store only suggested grey or brown and they had like 8 colors to choose from ! He had followed up with getting back with me promptly and they were ready within two weeks more like 10 days ! Very nice personnel there thanks again read more

Nobody in the store went I went in to pick my glasses today, except for a woman with her back to the door sitting in an office. Assuming she heard the bell when I came in I waited for about 5 minutes. She never turned around and no one ever came to assist me. I finally said "hello anyone home?" The optician and optometrist then emerged from the back room looking irritated. The optometrist says " well she was on the phone". The woman on the phone says oh I never heard you come in ( what is the point of the bell then? and why does she sit with her back to the door). I would not recommend coming here . The first year was a good experience and now it was not . The exam was fine but they pulled my insurance even though I didn't buy contacts from them. It caused me a big problem due to my schedule and lost about two weeks because of it. read more

I had my son's eyes checked here in September and glasses were ordered. I had a few questions based on the optometrists findings. I took him for a second opinion with a pediatric ophthalmologist. As it turned out, he was given the wrong prescription, and therapy was needed in addition to corrective lenses & patching. I'm so grateful I opted for a second opinion because this probably saved my son's vision. Unfortunately I had to come back here to have the glasses replaced, per Insurance. These new glasses were ordered in December. It has been nearly 2 months and the glasses are still not in. I have gone in, and called regularly but I've always been very patient and understanding. Tonight however, I called and was treated as though I was over reacting because my son's glasses were not in and I was given yet another excuse as to why it would be a full other week. Again, let me say I have been extremely patient and understanding. But the school wants to hold my son back unless he can show Reading in provement by March (approx 3 weeks from now.). Every week that goes by, is a week of therapy his behavioral ophthalmologist cannot work with him simply because he does not have his glasses. I have been told that the lab made a mistake and they didn't pass inspection. Then I was told the shipment was delayed due to a snowstorm. I was told that they would absolutely be here on Monday... and tonight, I was told no they aren't due until another week from now. At one point they had even told me they were using another lab because the first lab was taking too long. I do not have the luxury of being patient any longer. And to have them talk to me as though I was over reacting when I was deeply upset to learn we would have to wait an entire additional week... i'm just horrified. The lack of concern from everyone here is beyond shocking to me. My son has a genius IQ and he may need to repeat the first grade simply because I cannot get his glasses, the correct glasses, in less than five months!!!!! On top of that, we have lost five months of vision correction Giving us less than two years to improve his vision before development is complete. I would absolutely never recommend coming here. There are places that take these things far more serious and are far more efficient. read more

I went in for an eye exam to update my prescription and Dr. Tong was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things during my exam. When the exam was done I asked for my PD (Pupillary distance) so I can order my glasses online as I have in the past, but she indicated that the place that I get my glasses from will take that measurement. Not a big deal since I can just use my previous PD, but I figured it was something they could easily provide since they measured it last time I was there. While I was paying for my exam, my prescription was also provided and I noticed that the prescription strength had decreased instead of increased, which was unusual to me. The lady that was taking my payment said our vision can fluctuate. I asked if I can confirm with the doctor in case she entered in the wrong prescription and to get a better explanation. I also asked if the doctor could call me back, but the lady said I would need to set up another appointment in order to speak with the doctor since the doctor is on a strict schedule. I literally just had the appointment and wanted a confirmation from the doctor, which I thought is reasonable. As others have stated, their service can use some improvement and I hope they provide better service to their patients in the future. Luckily there are plenty of other options in town. read more

I called to schedule appointments for my 3 children and was told I cannot schedule them concurrently. I was told 2 can be seen at once and the 3rd child would have to be scheduled another day. Or 2 can go in the morning and the other in the afternoon. This seems so ridiculous, so I asked why. The receptionist related she doesn't know why, it is company policy. You lost me as a customer, especially when you can't back up your policy with a valid explanation. read more

The location is very convenient and close to major shopping centers and easily accessible. They have a really good selection of glasses to choose from with prices that are varied and reasonable. My daughter and I was helped by the office manager Krystal. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She explained to us thoroughly what our options were and what was covered by insurance and exactly what we were purchasing. Glasses can be very pricey with a lot of add-ons that most other places don't do a good job explaining. I was very impressed because Krystal was very patient in explaining things and allowed us to take our time in making sure we got what we wanted. I highly recommend this location, the staff was very attentive and very friendly to the other customers that entered. We also did not have an appointment and felt very welcome. read more

Update to reply from CLEAR VISION SUMMERLIN. I called there because it says on the reply that they will help us. The asst manager there had no idea what I was talking about. She said she doesn't even know what the yelp says. She doesn't even look at him so my nephew who has one prosthetic eye and needed the bifocal for his one real eye THEY DID NOT DO. They did not put the bifocal in and then refused to do it afterwards and lied to me and said to come get the glasses because they said they weren't able to add it but they forgot to tell the guy not to call me lesson 24 hours later they called me to say the glasses were ready to pick up! They never sent them back to get bifocal so he can not see with the new glasses. We got transition lenses & paid extra. They did not want to anthem by photo so he'll glasses we had we had to go back to using them with some store-bought sunglasses over then we have a useless pair glasses now. DO NOT GO THERE! read more

Dr. Chang is the best!!! She really does care about your eyes. She's funny and super enthusiastic. She tries to find the right contacts fit for you and will do whatever's best for your eyes. I have really bad allergies and I tend to rub my eyes. I'm told her my last Dr prescribed me Pazeo and it was $200. She told me to call my insurance and figure out what topical allergy drops are covered by my insurance and call her for a script. She's the best, love her!!! I hope she never leaves!!! read more

I had this review in my draft on Yelp since about a month ago but I wanted to wait until after my latest visit to post. BEFORE LATEST VISIT: The doctors here are always exceptional at this location. The reason for the 2-star rating is their poor customer service at the front. Most of the women at the front are unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful. I used to go to the Sahara location and the same culture with reception applies there, but the women there at least seemed to care about being the face of the business at the front. Again, great doctors. Reception needs improvement. AFTER VISIT: My feelings still feel the same about the doctors. I love Dr Chang! I decided to add another star to make the rating now 3-stars because there is a new receptionist who was an absolute angel. If I rated this visit alone I'd say 4.5-stars, but I also took into account all the other times I've gone and thought that my overall experience at ClearVision is 3-stars. I am unsure if I completely believe that the culture has changed for good, but I sure hope so. Have to see next year! read more

I had a small damaged piece to the arm of my glasses, nothing that would prevent me from using them, but I decided to get it fixed at the company that I bought them from in the first place. I talked to a very friendly employee there and she at first said that she wasn't sure they would be able to order the individual pieces from my glasses that were a few years old, but that she would check and see. After a little bit she was able to find and order the pieces, she told me that according to the computer the price was 20 for one side. I said great, for that price I might as well replace both sides. She ordered them and said I'd be called when they came in. When the call came in, I drove across town and gave my name to who I later found out was the manager and I was told to wait. The associate I believe her name was Brenda started to tell me that due to some sort of mix up, the supplier sent a full frame over. And that her manager said that she would not allow me to only purchase the arms of my glasses and that I needed to pay for the full frame replacement per what she was instructed, which was 200. Significantly more than I was expecting to pay. I was given a small token discount from the upcharge, it didn't come across well though. I debated for a while and grudgingly accepted. I did not blame the employee because she was following orders. While she was getting the paperwork in order the manger came by and tried to chastise her in front of me about this situation for advocating for me. Right or wrong you do not chastise employees in front of customers. I felt very welcome at this point. While the employee went to the back to work on my glasses, the manager proceeds to bad mouth the employee that was in the back in a hushed tone to another employee only 5 feet away from me. I'm not deaf, this was an extremely unprofessional behavior from a manager in customer service. At this point I'm getting annoyed but haven't said a word, then this manager comes by and asks if I'm ok. I start asking her why I was treated this way in the situation, she said that it was an order mix up and that her regional manger was to blame for why I was being forced to buy the whole frame. She said that she was told she wasn't allowed to just replace the arms from a complete frame. To which I asked so does that mean that you can order the arms by themselves as I originally wanted. She said she wasn't sure, but they probably could and asked if I would like to do that. Here she is forcing me to buy something I didn't want, and she didn't even check to see if she could order what I wanted in the first place. So, nicely I asked her to check because I didn't want to spend that much during a recession. She went into the back and came back and said that someone told her they weren't allowed to do that. She didn't check the computer or get on the phone, nothing. I have worked in customer service for years and the number one rule is that if a mess up happens on the company side, that they will do what they need to, to make it right, it didn't feel like the manager cared. Her professionalism took a further hit after she essentially told me oh well nothing can be done, then proceeded to take a personal phone call on her cellphone in front of me, complaining that she was still stuck at work etc. Ive never seen this level of unprofessionalism in person. This manager needs to be demoted because she should not be in a customer service management position. I'm literally appalled by my experience at this location, and Ive been to other cleareye vision centers and never saw this, my only hope is that I can save others from this experience. Do not go to this location. I wasn't going to write this before but the more I thought about how it amounted to a bait and switch scheme, the more upset it made me. read more

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I had been having problems with my contacts for months and my vision was very blurry. I went back to the optometrist that made the original prescription and they retested me and told me the results were the same. I endured my horrible vision for months until I couldn't stand it anymore. When I went to clearvision, they took the time to let me explain my vision problem AND they took the time to fix the issue. My vision is clear once again, and I am so grateful! The entire staff is outstanding and it was a great experience from the moment i made the appointment! Had my eye exam here and ordered and paid for glasses a month ago. Still haven't received my glasses. I was told the glasses came in a week but had been made wrong so it was sent back to the lab. Three weeks later and I still have no glasses. I have had to call weekly regarding the status and keep getting told they're checking with the lab and it's not their fault. My husband and I are so impressed. From the moment we arrived, the woman running the front was friendly handled three customers and a ringing phone with tact. She prioritized appropriately. Our next step was to the assistant who upheld our expectations and the Dr. Gina - the icing on the cake. Turns out, I don't have an astigmatism in either eye, something the Optometrist at Costco told me last year. Dr. Gina suggested reading glasses if I felt like it was necessary and gave me a coupon for eye drops because she was out of samples. Her personality made the whole experience warming as well as informational. She is very good at her job. What I really appreciate is that I don't feel like I was pushed into making a purchase, which both of us have felt at other places. In addition, they accepted Anthem/Medicaid. I don't think we will ever go elsewhere. Clear Vision is the clear choice. read more

My husband and I have frequented this clinic for years and felt that getting our glasses here was worth the additional expense versus Sam's Club, Costco, or some online options. However, this week I stopped into see if I could get a screw replaced in my husband's Prada glasses, and I was immediately and literally escorted from the shop. When I said I just wanted to leave the glasses to be repaired the girl scolded me and pointed to the sign which read that I could not enter without an appointment. Service after the sale is one of the reasons we are willing to pay more to buy glasses here, but clearly that is not in the business plan any longer. I totally get that Covid requires precautions, which is why I was wearing a mask and easily staying six feet away from anyone since there were only two clients in the room. There is no excuse for the rude and dismissive treatment I received. read more

The Dr is amazing cannot say enough about her . I have been getting the run around for over three weeks. First they blamed my prescription , then they said they had been mailed , now I am being told they have not shipped . Meanwhile I am without glasses and contacts . I asked them to have the Dr write a prescription for another brand at least three times now so I can get them filled before I leave on a two week business trip . Now I a have to go in and have another appt with the DR at my expense for her to write the prescription to another brand . WHAT ? Then pay to have them sent to me out of town . Hey John .. took your advice and called Krystal, over two weeks ago and she's yet to get back to me. She is a keeper, for sure.. she's gonna keep your money safe. Speaking with Krystal, she was not willing to satisfy any of my suggestions. With the destruction of my 'indestructable' Lindberg frames, either by your opticians or your lab, she was not willing to reimburse me any amount .. $623 purchased in 2016 .. she replied "you didn't purchase the frames from us, so I can't reimburse you for them." I suggested she reimburse me for the office visit and again, she said "it's been over six months ago and I can't with that much time gone by". I countered with, "you guys had my glasses for four months, my appointment was Dec 22 and my frames weren't available until April!! Seems many people are upset with your practice and your lab which takes too much time ... and, you don't seem to care to correct these situations or keep your customers happy! Optician Nola rude, unprofeccional and screwed up my prescription glasses ( it causes blurry vision every time I wear them), so I see better without them. Also their frame selection is limited and rather dated stylistically. Place went to shambles as soon as Dr. Roshan left. read more

Dr. Burke, Dr. Roshan, and the staff are super nice and very helpful! It was nice to see all the latest brands like Gucci, Rayban, Oakley, Maui Jim, Ferragamo, Prada, and many more. All the brands that they have on the strip and they take vision insurance! It was nice to see no generic brands that usually don't last that long. Figure I'd give them a try and I'm super glad that I did! They took their time and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed since I couldn't make up my mind. They gave their honest opinion on the frames that I selected. Loretta told me that my glasses will take about 2 weeks because of the coating I added. I was shocked that it came in earlier!
