Professionally responed to our request and confirmed the appointment. Step 2. Contacted by Sales Representative named Justin to introduce himself and confirm appointment. Justin showed up and in layman's terms discussed our options to address our water quality and how it would address our health needs. We moved forward by renting the system. Justin scheduled our install date. Step 3. Jordan, our installer showed up. Wow what a worker! Whoever thought a whole house water treatment system could enhance the look of a basement?
