We called on a Sunday evening, and even though they too were super busy, they made time for us, and spent time on the phone with us to help figure out what the issue might be before they even got here. Sure enough, what they'd guessed was the issue. Also- they recommended some folks to come in and fix the drywall/insulation issue for when they'd finished the initial repair. And best of all, they coordinated with the drywall repair folks so that when Fabian was finished, the drywall repair folks stepped right in- same day, full repair Aaron's Home Repair Services, also really good at what they do!). Fabian took care to cover the area beneath the leak just in case something unexpected happened. He fixed the issue, pointed out some items we might want to fix sooner or later- not because he was drumming up more business for himself, but rather he was showing us what should be next on our home repair list in that bathroom so we could avoid future extra drywall etc repairs. We called several different plumbers to get a price to put in a gas shut off valve; however, no plumbing company that we called would give us a price over the phone.
