As I dropped my hubby off to get his car my cars check engine light came on and it bogged down and stayed in 3rd gear and really wasn't moving. I turned my car back around and went back to the shop. I looked at my mechanic and asked him if he could check my car code ...no issues from him ,he grab his machine and hooked it up I had 3 codes. He also took it for a drive (and of course ) nothing happened when we went for a ride. He said I could bring it back anytime and he would take care of me. I have more confidence in this place then any places I have ever gone because they have been honest with me on what I need done and what can wait and that's the type of people I want to deal with! Why 4 stars vs 5: I would rate the quality of the repair as B+. My goal was "you'd only know it was there if you knew what to look for" because it was on textured plastic bumper which I knew would be impossible to make look perfect. I'd say they did that for the most part. I don't think most people will even know it is there. But from a "perfect" standpoint the one area they sanded down they sanded too far down and there is a "flat spot" (see photo). There is also some runs in the paint (see photo). Again, this is on bottom edge of bumper so I'm splitting hairs. I only share that because if you want "perfect, like it never even happened" you probably want to just go to a full on body shop. If you are good with "pretty good" then you'll probably be happy.

To make matters worse,after a couple of very unpleasant interactions trying to address the issue, the owner literally told me that if I wanted a "perfect result",should have gone to a real body shop". He doesn't care about his customers or the quality of his work. Save your time, your money, and your sanity.Highly advise taking your business anywhere else.
