Incompetent business. Will never return. The past 2 times I've gone here I received an oil and tire change, they didn't tighten my lug nuts fully, and 5 days later my tire is making noises, I check and I have 3 lug nuts! Thank god I wasn't on the highway or else I could have been killed. They gave me a gift card to rectify the situation and surprisingly I decided to give them a second chance. Big mistake! They broke the Wheel Stud (the thing the lug nut goes on) and hand me the keys back like it's no big deal. Half ass apology, from an idiot rushing to do his job on a Friday afternoon. read more

I had a tire pressure sensor go bad on my car, i took it to the dealership, paid $90 for them to test it and took over and hour, the dealership then told me it would cost over $350 to reprogram all 4 tires "which had to be done" fullers did my oil change and reprogrammed my tires within 15 mins and they didn't charge for the reprogramming because i was just getting a quick oil change read more

Worst quality. The place is run like a mafia. Owner is not present and employees make their own deals with the customers. I was told the scratches would come off with the exterior detail and inward up charged. Scratches didn't go away and car came back dirty on the inside. read more

Furthermore, once my car was ready they charged me $600 and they couldn't even throw in a car wash for the inconvenience! Dylan is very rude! For the last 4 months, I have changed the oil with them the last time I changed the oil the guy told me the filter of the oil was damaged because you changed the oil not with us you changed it outside he doesn't know that I have a copy of the receipt for the past 4 months I asked him to look up at the millage to see the check-in and out he said no and "he told me about the damage after he changed the oil and put down the car" So I went to the dealer and he told me the seal of the filter they tight so much and that's why make the damage and it cost me 800$ from my pocket. read more

Brought my car in for an oil change with 5 quarts of oil and my own filter. I told the guy the oil was in the car and went and waited. I got my car back and noticed the oil filter and oil untouched. I immediately went back in there and was told they in fact used there regular oil because the guy didn't hear me even though he acknowledged me. They wanted to recharge me to change the oil since "he had no use for it now". You would think as a business owner you would just drain the oil I already paid for out and filled it with the oil I brought with. Literally the only money lost would have been time. read more

I like coming here because of the 10 min oil change! And they give you a free car wash with your receipt. They don't try to guilt trip you into getting other repairs done like other places. Bring my car here for anytning I need. Excellent staff, excellent customer service. Received an oil change today and asked if they could look at my door since it was closing properly. They looked at the door and fixed the issue in the matter of minutes. The good thing?! They didn't charge me! This crew isn't out to take advantage of you. Don't take your car to Fuller's for anything!!!! I went in for a simple tire repair and light bulb and left with damages to my car. They won't admit they caused any damages, they said it "must" have already been like that prior to coming in. Umm... no... never had an issue with the plastic shield under the car until they backed it out and it got caught on their ramp and the guy kept going. It nearly snapped in half and since it has been dragging on the floor. Simple repair but they will not take any ownership. Also, they scratched up the rim of the tire they fixed and again said it "must" have been there. They will not get another penny from me, not even for a car wash!!!! read more

I took my car in to Fuller's Car Care because I heard a problem with my breaks. And since my car was almost at 100,000 miles I told them that it might need a tune up to. I got a call back from them and they told me that there was a minor repair in my rear breaks. And that my car was in great condition and didn't need a tune up. I appreciate their honesty. Decided to get my nissan titan tires rotated, so took the truck to Fullers and the so called mechanic proceeded to snap my studs off the wheels. The manager came out and told me what happened and said nothing we can do. Took truck to dealer that day. Problem was that fullers used a high speed impact that snapped all the studs. 435;00 dollars later and fullers sends me a coupon for a free car wash. Stay away from these posers they are not real mechanics. read more

Went to get my wife's car fixed for failing emissions test. Took my car to Fuller's and spoke with the owner - (Clint) and was charged a hundred bucks for a diagnostic test when I showed him the two failing issues from the emissions testing center. Told me it would be $1850.00 to get the issues fixed (which actually is about half the value of the car). I paid the hundred bucks for the diagnostic test and took my car to another area mechanic. Problem was fixed by the other mechanic for $50.00 and the car passed the emissions test fine. I got lucky and only lost a hundred bucks for the diagnostic test, it could have been a lot more! I have now determined one of two things. Either the owner at Fuller's is incompetent at repairing cars or he was looking to rip me off. You can decide. I usually don't write these reviews but felt it necessary to warn the public! Beware and take care! read more

I went in to get air pressure checked in one tire. They proceeded to break the valve, and wanted to repair it for over $100 parts and $22.50 labor. I told the manager that I didn't want to pay for the new valve since they broke it. He said it happens all the time and I could not drive the car in that condition.
