What happened to me was on Friday Night celebrating my birthday I was eating excellent birthday cake and somehow my dental bridge of a few years with 4 implants I think, suddenly got loose but did not come out by itself- almost like a Yo-Yo for lack of a better term. I was afraid of it accidently finally coming out on its own when I was sleeping and swallowing it. I had called my regular dentist who operates independently elsewhere and he told me not to pull the bridge out on my own (he hadn't seen the problem) and he was in NYC for a week and couldn't see me till he got back to LA! I spent all evening trying to find a 24 hour dentist in Los Angeles- there are none I could find despite numerous listings on Google saying 24 Hour dentist, but I was fortunate enough to speak to Marlyn at Advanced Dentistry in Nothridge and she booked me that Saturday morning. Dr. Nia was able to glue the bridge back on perfectly, answered all my questions and reassured me everything would be fine which it was. I intend to have future cosmetic work done at Northridge Advanced Dentistry. A perfect 10 and to me nothing is a perect 10!

Wanting a second opinion, I visited another dentist who thoroughly examined me and confirmed that my gums were healthy and that a deep cleaning was not necessary. This experience left me feeling like unnecessary services were being pushed simply to increase the bill. It reminded me of a car dealership trying to upsell customers on services they don't actually need. It's unfortunate because this office used to provide excellent service, but that no longer seems to be the case. It appears that many patients are immediately encouraged to get deep cleanings regardless of whether they truly need them. From the moment I entered the office, I was warmly welcomed by three exceptional staff members. They were incredibly kind and took the time to explain each step of the examination clearly and thoroughly. I was immediately impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and compassionate approach. After reviewing my X-rays, Dr. Assili carefully explained my dental condition and the treatments I would need moving forward. We decided to begin with a deep cleaning that day.
