Last week, I visited Dr. Ramin Assili's dental office for treatment. Because I have always had a fear of dental procedures, I had postponed receiving the care I truly needed for quite some time. From the moment I entered the office, I was warmly welcomed by three exceptional staff members. They were incredibly kind and took the time to explain each step of the examination clearly and thoroughly. I was immediately impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and compassionate approach. After reviewing my X-rays, Dr. Assili carefully explained my dental condition and the treatments I would need moving forward. We decided to begin with a deep cleaning that day. Drawing on his extensive experience and expertise, Dr. Assili meticulously cleaned every area of my teeth, which had been neglected for a long time. Throughout the procedure, he administered anesthesia as needed and frequently checked to make sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. Thanks to his gentle touch, attention to detail, and skillful care, I completed the entire 90-minute procedure without feeling any pain. My next appointment is this Friday, and I am already looking forward to continuing my treatment and achieving cleaner, healthier teeth. I truly feel that I made the right decision in choosing Dr. Assili, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to his entire team. So I don't usually put reviews but for this one I had to because it was not a good job done by the dental cleaning at Ramin assili office. So I came in to get a dental clean till the end of the cleaning where the dental cleaning was done I felt a sharp poke in the right upper side of my gum. After couple of days I started to feel real bad pain in my right upper gum ( that where was the cut had happen where the dental cleaning had poked me ) It's been like this now for 4 days I called the office to let them know and when I did the girl who answered the phone was saying that I haven't been in their office for like couple of months ago which in fact not true ( not sure why she's trying to make me look like a liar and cover the problem they have done for me )which in fact I have the recipet on my phone because I paid with my credit card which was 1 week ago. So I explain to her that what happened and how the dental cleaning cut my gum while doing the cleaning I felt a poke at the end which hurt my gum. She put me on hold I guess to go ask the Dr and came back telling me they can't see me right away and it has to be in 1 week or more. Now I have an infection in my gum which you see in the pictures below I have all white and yellow coming out and very red gum everytime I open my mouth or chew it hurts real bad the pain shoot down to my jaw and ear And on top of this I have to wait 1 or more weeks to get an appointment with the Dr again so he can look at it With all this pain and infection. I don't think that is the right way to help a patient out and make him wait with pain and INFECTION that YOUR OFFICE CAUSED to come and see the doctor ! I have been going to Dr. Assili since 2020 - my aunt referred me to him after I experienced a dental emergency at the dawn of the pandemic. He saw me when no one else would - even my own dentist! I now travel all the way from Long Beach to see him! He is honest, thorough, gentle and simply amazing. It's so hard to find an honest dentist that actually takes time to do a detailed and complete job. He also doesn't try to upsell on things that aren't necessary. I've found a gem and will continue to make the trip to see him. In addition, his staff is helpful and friendly- shout out to his front and back office, especially Maggie! Keep it up, ladies. Always a great experience going here for my dental appointments. Most of the time there is hesitation when going to a new dentist because you don't know what kind of care you will be receiving and what they are going to say about the condition of your oral health.
