Professionalism and proficiency at its best! I was referred to Dr. Napeloni by a friend and since the first visit I've never looked back. He's really nice and knowledgeable. They offer headsets with whatever music you want to listen to during your treatment sessions or the remote to watch tv. All the office staff is nice and accommodating as well. Dr napeloni is an amazing person and one of the best dentist in area. After 7 year of being my dentist his rude office manager basically refused to let me in on my appointment for not signing the HIPAA acknowledgment form. I have the right to not sign it especially if I was questioning what was in it. By law you don't have to sign that form and they shouldn't have refused to treat me. Very disappointing that he had to have that type of person to run his business. read more

Great dentist and staff! I had a bad experience with another Northridge dentist and was desperately looking for a new one. Glad I found Dr. Napeloni! I had a very bad migraine the day I had my appointment, so I was sensitive and tired. But the staff were all super nice and there were no complications checking in, filling out paperwork, or providing insurance. The exam and cleaning was very comfortable. They gave me headphones so I could just listen to soft music and let them do their thing, which I really appreciated. Dr. Napeloni checked in on me several times, and to my surprise there was just no pain or fuss during the cleaning (I have very sensitive teeth). I didn't drown in water like some cleanings at other dentists, the assistant was very nice and great with suction, and I left feeling pretty good. Totally recommend :) read more

My most favorite dentist! I don't care for dentist visits, though I do keep all my appointments. Since finding Dr. Napeloni, I dread going much less. He is the nicest and most gentle, and we all know that's important when we are being poked and prodded, especially in our mouths. At the end of each appointment, they hand you a clear plastic bag with an Oral B toothbrush and travel size toothpaste, mouthwash, and floss along with your next appointment card. Makes me feel like a kid leaving with a lollipop . He offers some Saturday appointments and that's also very convenient. To top it all off, his staff is really nice. read more

I can't believe I am taking so long to write this review. I came here a few months ago to get a cleaning, x-ray, and basic check up. The service here from the receptionist to the employees is amazing, they treated me so well. Offered me water, headphones, and overall were super kind. I don't have dental in my insurance so I paid cash and the price for the service is pretty good. I also received some complimentary hygiene products as I left. The office is located in a large shopping center here in Northridge, the parking is pretty easy. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future cleanings. read more

I feel guilty for not having posted a glowing review seeing as how I've been coming here for a few years now. Everyone is super friendly and Dr. Napeloni is the perfect mix of professional and chill. My teeth are sensitive, but somehow it never hurts when they do my cleaning. I'm always in and out of there very quickly. And yes, they provide headphones, so you can request to hear your favorite artist as they go to work. Most recently, I had very minor work done, which my insurance didn't fully cover. Not the end of the world. I do, however, have double coverage thanks to my wife's job. She called their office the next day to explain, so they were able to get me a refund. No hassle.
