When I finally got an associate to answer where my product might be I was pointed to the back corner of the store. I found where the product should have been, out of stock. When I went up front to see if they had stock in the back the same associate that pointed tried to send another employee to help me locate it, I advised it was not stocked on the shelf and without checking anything said they didn't have it. Very poor customer service, and 3 men had walked in after me and we're promptly helped.

When Bernhard bought the shop I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleased to see the new owner maintained the excellence and personal attention I was used to. I have a 3/4 ton 4 wheel drive truck that is lifted with 37/13.5/22 tires on 22 x12 wheels. The wheels were new, never had tires on them. I bought 4 Firestone Destination MT tires. These guys had a new tire machine that mounted the new tires on my wheels and the machine never touched the rim. I was impressed, no scratches are blemishes to my new wheels. I got 70.000 miles out of those tires...impressive. Recently I needed new tires so I called and ended up with another great set of tires that were balanced great, no vibration at all. Bernhard did a complete inspection on my truck showing pictures and video of the parts that were bad or going bad. When I paid for the tires there was another page that listed everything that needed attention and a quote for each item. What a great service. I have always done my own repairs and this let me know everything that needed attention to my truck. The best way to get the most milage out of a set of tires is 1. Make sure ALL front end parts are good, 2. maintain the correct tire pressure. 3. A scheduled tire rotation, I do mine every 5000 miles. Then driving into work I could hear my tire didn't sound right. I pulled in and they helped me immediately despite being busy other cars. They checked my air pressure in all tires and added air to the one with a slow leak. It was enough to hold the tire off until I got it properly taken care of ie nail removal and patch then new tires. In my Chevy equinox Chevrolet decided to keep using a part in the breaking system that they knew had a history of failure and they had actually recalled from other vehicles. My daughter was driving my equinox during rush-hour traffic when this part broke, making her brakes almost as hard as a rock, and she barely avoided a collision with a full gasoline, tanker truck, who knows how many lives could've ended because of this brake failure. The broken parts then made their way into my engine, completely ruining my engine and making my car in operable. I tried contacting Chevy, but they have shown me that they do not care about my situation or apparently the safety of their customers. There has even been a new class action lawsuit filed because of all the damage Chevrolet choosing to use this part has caused.

I called CK who came out, tested the alternator and found out that the alternator was fine, but it did need a new battery. they replaced the battery and the new serpentine belt within a half an hour. They were extremely courteous, and honest, and the fact that they didn't replace the alternator that did not need it. I obviously will not go back to Dobbs anymore as they tried to rip off my 90-year-old mother. I highly recommend CK.
