I had a great experience. Josh helped match a difficult color and sheen. They are a very clean and well presented store, Good energy! There might be other paint stores closer to my house but this is my go-to shop, from now on.

Called back, dude said you have to register, they can't get it in store, and no, his manager is busy and can't help. Registered. Verified email. Logged in. Buy button still didn't work. Tried the chat, and it could not even understand my question. I wasted three hours of my life on Sherwin Williams. Never again. Never. They could not have cared less about me.

Once i got to the store Louis was the one that attended me. As soon as i got to the store he started being rude and unhelpful as well. This is not the first time they are rude and unhelpful. Several of the customers commented on the wait and lack of employees in the store. I promise it was not just me. This a management or corporate EMBARRASSMENT. Premium paint (and price); LOUSY store. So help me God I will never shop at another Sherwin Williams for the rest of my life. Get your **** together.

Last week, I placed and paid for an order for $15,000 of exterior paint for a new community in Lakeway. It got delivered today and every bucket of paint was 2 shades off. Not bad, but noticeable. I called the store expecting to have to argue with them all day about what the remedy should be. To my surprise, they said, "we'll send a few delivery trucks right now, pick it up and remake it. No charge." Uh what??? This is how you handle mistakes in business. I'm really pleased. I think I'm more impressed with them because of how they handled this mistake than I would have been if they hadn't messed up the paint in the first place.

This store is pretty large and they have an especially good selection of paints and accessories. They also have an incredibly attentive and helpful staff. Two employees there are paint match experts, and will do a match that is as close as you can get to exact if you give them a couple of hours. I needed something quickly since the contractors were at my house waiting, and he used the computer to get a color match that convinced me, at least, that it was perfect. So imo, even their quick match job is as good as that other paint store that covers the world. They're open 7-5:30 M-S and closed Sunday at this location. Parking is available in the adjacent lot. Time to break out that honey do list and get cracking.

After waiting in line a few minutes, another guy came from the back and asked if he could help. I told him I needed a color match and right away he seemed uninterested. It seemed like he wasn't even really trying to search for it in the computer, more like he just didn't want to work and was trying to get rid of me. He tried "calling another store" to see if they had it but by how short the phone call was, I'm very suspicious he even really called them. Really poor experience all around. Won't be back

Third, their prices are very reasonable and it you wait until a week before the holidays, you will get a hugely discounted price and their very sweet employees might offer to help you carry it out to your car! I will continue to support Lowe's.
