Ah yes, everyone knows--thank you for clearing that up, Nostradamus of business hours. He proudly informed me they haven't closed at 7 "for years" and has absolutely no plans to update the listing. Stellar initiative! Customer service gold star right there. This happens to be the same manager who greets every question with a healthy dose of sarcasm and condescension. As someone who's spent thousands of dollars here, I foolishly thought a simple "Thanks, we'll look into it" wasn't too much to ask. But apparently, that's reserved for customers who don't use Yelp. I get that his job might feel like "watching paint dry," but at least pretend to care. I made the effort to write this review so others don't waste their time. Too bad the manager didn't make the effort to update a few digits on the internet or request for a change since it has been a few years--or show a splash of enthusiasm while the paint dries.

We went to Kelly-Moore and RITA helped us. She was kind, professional, and did a spot on match within the hour. She also gave us great advise on how to finish the project which was a high traffic stair case. There is so much to be said about how valuable Rita was. We will only use Kelly-Moore going forward.

I grabbed a bunch of samples and this gave me time to view them at home. I am so glad I came back I was able to be assisted by a man named Miles, HE WAS AMAZING!!! First I was greeted by a young lady who was very nice & since she was new and I had a lot of questions she asked if I minded waiting for Miles to finish with his customer since he could answer all of my questions. Not only are there so many paints to choose from there are so many different primers, paint brushes and gadgets to go along with them. It's a one stop shop if you need paint or stain. I explained what I needed & how I was painting over this awful bright vanilla bean yellow glossy paint in one of my guest rooms and I didn't want it showing through my brand new paint. Miles hooked me up with everything I needed! Since it was a sale I also left with paint for my shed, ceiling and a neutral I could use anywhere! Miles was nice enough to label the buckets for me also! It's going to take me a while to get it all done because I travel for work but I'll post photos! 5 stars is the max ....... are you kidding me ?…read more . . . I used to buy paint at a store not far from there - west on 1431 but my builder supposedly switched to them . So I tried them out. Now I wish I needed more paint. Because ... the vibe and culture and degree of excellence is off the charts. I brought an 8 year old cabinet door there with food stains and what looked like tire tread marks (I have teenagers !) and a guy who's name I forget but looks like Idris Elba pointed the store's machine at it and furrowed his brow like it's sport to him , concentrating trying to find the best spot on the wood . I was hoping to be somewhere close not holding out much hope of matching the cabinet 100%. I got home and tried it out and ... wow, it matched. . . . And then there's a guy who speaks Spanish like he's chewing peanut butter but nonetheless tries to do it and treats each customer like they're important, looking at them in the eyes, shaking with BOTH hands. I don't speak Spanish well but appreciated his interactions because it sets an example to me to try and use my High School Spanish and bridge gaps everywhere I go. . . . And then there's the older guy (a relative term, I realize) and his demeanor is gold. There's a saying when you have a hammer everything starts looking like a nail and ..... But the kicker is that I needed a pint but they said because of "supply" issues they could only sell by the gallon. How convenient. This "supply" issue is an old worn out excuse for highway robbery. I see car dealerships with tons of cars now and yet here this paint company gives that excuse. If they no longer have the formula which BTW was a PP product and all they can do is match at at the price of a gallon go someplace that won't "force" you to buy a gallon and who can also match it for less than a gallon. I will never ever go back there. I might as well throw money out on my lawn.
